KOTA BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI. COM — KOMISI A DPRD Kota Bandung mengadakan Rapat Kerja membahas Evaluasi dan Rencana Program bersama Diskominfo di Ruang Rapat Komisi A, pada Rabu, 26 Januari 2022.
Rapat dipimpin Wakil Ketua Komisi A, Khairullah, dengan menerapkan Protokol Kesehatan Covid-19.
Indikator kinerja utama Diskominfo yang dibahas pada rapat tersebut mengenai Smart City atau Kota Cerdas. Pada penilaian di level integratif oleh Kominfo dan IPB. Kota Bandung masuk menjadi salasatu dari 100 Kota sebagai Kota Percontohan Kota menuju Kota Cerdas.
Salasatu indikator penilaian Kota Cerdas ialah mengenai SPBE, Sistem Pemerintah Berbasis Elektronik atau sering disebut E-Government. Target penilaian SPBE Kota Bandung di angka 3,25, dan tercapai di 3,19.
Wakil Ketua Komisi A, Khairullah mengapresiasi kinerja Diskominfo dan meminta Diskominfo memperbanyak pemasangan CCTV. Demi keamanan warga di Kota Bandung.
‘Kami sangat mengapresiasi kinerja dan inovasinya, namun yang menjadi masukan terutama dari Kepolisian ialah faktor keamanan dengan menerapkan CCTV yang masih kurang,’ kata Khairullah.
Anggota Komisi A, Riantono, S.T., M.Si, mengatakan target inovasi SPBE dari tahun ke tahun mengalami kenaikan dan perlu anggaran yang sesuai.
‘Target 2023 ini 3,35. Jika dilihat ini kenaikan 0,05 poin dari tahun ke tahun, jika lihat 2021 nilainya 3,25, dari target 2021 3,25 yang tercapai realisasinya 3,19, maka tidak tercapai 0,06 poin. Jadi target 2022 harus menambah 0,11. Apa 0,11 ini setara atau tidak dengan anggaran yang diajukan ? Jika setara, jangan berharap target akan tercapai, karena 1 angka saja sangat berarti dalam Pembangunan Smart City,’ katanya.
Selain itu, Riantono juga meminta Diskominfo untuk memanfaatkan cara Kolaborasi. Agar target RPJMD terealisasi dengan baik.
‘Menganggarkan pengadaan teknologi memang sesuatu yang mahal. Maka perlu hal yang praktis sesuai target RPJMD, maka perlu jalan Kolaborasi dengan pemangku atau pakar yang sudah ahli saja. Jika masalah kemacetan masih belum teratasi dengan aplikasi yang kita buat. Dan masyarakat pun misal tetap saja melihat jalan alternatif melalui aplikasi Google Maps, mungkin kita bisa kolaborasi dengan itu,’ ujar Riantono.
Selain itu, menurut anggota Komisi A lainnya, Erick Darmadjaya, mengatakan pengembangan teknologi tidak hanya menyiapkan anggaran besar, namun memerlukan kreativitas.
‘Tidak hanya menyiapkan anggaran yang besar tapi dibarengi dengan kreativitas, jika 10 tahun lalu sudah mulai TV Internet, di kita ini belum ada. Kita bisa memulai dari komunikasi kepada masyarakat dari Dinas itu cukup Satu Pintu, Yerintegrasi,’ kata Erick. (***).
