Para ASN yang terjaring berkilah dengan mengutarakan beragam alasan. Namun tim GDA yang terdiri dari Inspektorat, Satuan Polisi Pamong Praja (Satpol PP) serta Badan Kepegawaian Pendidikan dan Pelatihan (BKPP) tetap menindaknya.
“Tadi yang terjaring beralasan jam istirahat. Tapi tadi kita temukan setelah jam istirahat,” kata Kang Yana di sela-sela operasi.
Para ASN yang terjaring ini didata dan diberikan imbauan. Selanjutnya, hasil pendataan akan dilaporkan kepada atasan masing-masing ASN dan dijatuhi sanksi pengurangan Tunjangan Kinerja Dinamis (TKD) sebesar 10 Persen.
Kang Yana berharap, para ASN yang lain tidak mengikuti kesalahan para ASN yang terjaring. Namun ia memastikan, operasi akan terus digelar dan akan menyasar tempat lainnya.
Kepala BKPP Kota Bandung, Yayan Ahmad Brilyana menyatakan, “Bahwa Tim GDA akan terus Sidak secara rutin. Kegiatan ini bukan sekadar gertak”.
“Jangan dianggap anget-anget tai ayam, karena kita menghadapi berbagai macam pekerjaan. ASN itu harus memberikan pelayanan kepada masyarakat,” tegasnya.
Yayan mengungkapkan, aturan jam kerja sudah sangat jelas, termasuk perubahan selama Ramadhan. Karenanya, jangan mencuri kesempatan untuk berkeliaran.
