“Tata Kelola penanganan Covid-19 dilakukan dengan Trial and Error dan berbeda-beda setiap Negara,” ungkapnya.
Untuk itu menurut Yana, ada beberapa hal penting yang perlu digaris bawahi dalam menangani pandemi Covid-19.
Pertama, kebijakan yang terpusat. Covid-19 adalah Bencana Nasional, sehingga Negara harus tampil sebagai “Motor”.
“Kebijakan dari Pemerintah Pusat, Provinsi, Kabupaten/Kota, hingga ke tingkat yang lebih bawah harus satu warna. Dengan catatan, di sana masih ada peluang untuk berinisiatif tergantung dari kondisi masing–masing Daerah,” terangnya.
Ke-Dua, kepemimpinan yang kuat. Dalam situasi yang serba tidak pasti dan tidak menentu ini, sosok seorang Pemimpin sangatlah Vital.
“Pemimpin harus menjadi teladan bagi masyarakat,” tuturnya.
Ke-Tiga, Kolaborasi. Menurutnya, Pandemi Covid-19 telah menimbulkan krisis Multidimensi. Sehingga penanganannya tidak dapat dilakukan dari satu aspek saja dan perlu banyak pihak terlibat.
“Kordinasi tentunya menjadi modal utama dan dalam Kolaborasi akan selalu ada Inovasi,” imbuhnya.
Ke-Empat, Sumber Daya mulai dari Manusianya, Sarana dan Prasarana, hingga Sumber Dana.
“Terakhir, Strategi Komunikasi Publik yang baik. Di era Pandemi ini kita juga mengenal istilah Infodemi, sebuah kondisi dimana Informasi membanjiri ruang-ruang pembicaraan masyarakat. Tanpa kita tahu mana informasi yang benar dan salah,” terangnya.
Dengan demikian, untuk melawan Misinformasi, Disinformasi dan Hoax yang berkembang di masyarakat, memerlukan strategi komunikasi yang efektif dan tepat sasaran.
“Dengan Komunikasi Publik yang bagus, Sosialisasi dan Edukasi tentunya dapat dilakukan dengan lebih ringan,” tuturnya. (tan).
