Pemberian beasiswa kepada siswa miskin dan berprestasi, 3.Pengadaan lahan untuk rencana pembangunan Bandar Udara Cikembar di Kabupaten Sukabumi, 4. Pembayaran pajak bumi dan bangunan (PBB) Bandar Udara Internasional Jawa Barat (BIJB) ke Kabupaten Majalengka, 5. Pembebasan lahan untuk Universitas Islam Negeri (UIN) di Indramayu, 6. Pemenuhan dan pendukungan pendanaan untuk balai-balai (UPTD) baru sebagai tindaklanjut pengalihan kewenangan sesuai dengan undang-undang no, 23 tahun 2014, 7. Penyertaan modal kepada BJB.
Menurut Gubernur, selain hal di atas, Kebijakan Umum Perubahan (KUP) APBD serta Prioritas dan Plafon Anggaran Sementara (PPAS) Perubahan APBD tahun anggaran 2018. Tetap memberikan dukungan anggaran untuk pemenuhan fungsi pendidikan sebesar 20 persen dari total belanja dan fungsi kesehatan sebesar 10 persen dari total belanja dikurangi gaji pegawai.
“Dengan telah disepakatinya dokumen KUP APBD dan PPAS Perubahan tahun anggaran 2018 ini. Maka saya harapkan penyampaian rancangan Peraturan Daerah Perubahan APBD tahun anggaran 2018. Dapat segera dilaksanakan, kemudian dibahas, serta ditelaah antara DPRD dengan TAPD. Sehingga penetapan perubahan APBD dapat segera disetujui dalam waktu dekat.
