Purwakarta, BEREDUKASI.Com — GUNUNG Tangkuban Perahu yang berlokasi di daerah Lembang, Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Mengalami erupsi di tahun 2019 sebanyak dua kali yaitu terjadi pada tanggal 26 Juli dan 1dan 2 Agustus. Dengan status level 2 atau waspada.
Menurut Hendri Deramata, A.Md selaku Pengamat Aktivitas Gn. Tangkuban Perahu memaparkan, status level aktivitas gunung berdasarkan radius rawan bahayanya.
“Saat ini status level Gunung Tangkuban Perahu berada di level tingkat 2 atau Status Waspada, dengan jarak radius bahaya sepanjang 1.5 Km ” ucapnya, Jumat (30/8/19).
Bahkan pihak pengelola area Wisata pun merasa was was dengan kondisi itu.
“Kita juga ikut waspada meskipun kawasan kawah di tutup kita tetap berjaga. Sebab banyak pengunjung luar daerah banyak yang datang dan demi keselamatan. Kami belum bisa menerima pengunjung,” terang Rasma, selaku pihak pengelola kawasan wisata Gunung Tangkuban Perahu.
Hingga saat ini, aktivitas Wisata di Gunung Tangkuban Perahu masih lumpuh atau tidak ada aktivitas. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada penurunan level status, hingga waktu yang belum ditentukan.
Para pengunjung yang terlanjur datang ke lokasi, hanya bisa masuk ke pintu gerbang awal.
“Saya dari Purwakarta, sengaja datang ingin berkunjung, namun masih belum bisa berkunjung ke dalam,” kata Deden (36) salasatu pengunjung yang datang. (Wief/Rendra)
