Anggaran Pendidikan Jawa Barat Naik Rp. 1,9 Triliun
BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI.Com — Gubernur Jawa Barat, Ahmad Heryawan (Aher), mengatakan anggaran pendidikan di Jabar mengalami kenaikan pada tahun 2018. Jika pada tahun 2017 anggaran pendidikan Rp 1.7 triliun, pada 2018 naik menjadi Rp1.9 triliun.
“Saya sebut tambahan pada anggaran tahun ini, yaitu sejumlah Rp1,9 triliun,” sebut Gubernur Aher, di sela-sela tinjauannya di SMA N 1 Kota Bogor, Jumat (02/03/2018).
Nantinya, kata Aher, dana tersebut akan digunakan untuk dana Bantuan Operasional Sekolah (BOS), tunjangan guru, serta kenaikan honor para guru honorer.
“Perlu diketahui, sejak 1 Januari 2017, SMA/SMK dikelola provinsi. Oleh karena itu, sudah tugas saya sebagai gubernur untuk meninjau dan memperhatikan pendidikan di Jabar agar lebih maju,” ujar Aher.
“Dengan dipegang oleh provinsi, kita akan terus meningkatkan kualitas siswa dan kualitas pengajar serta fasilitas akan terus kita tingkatkan, agar pendidikan di Jabar semakin maju,” katanya.
Aher pun menginginkan tingkat pendidikan yang di kelola oleh kabupaten/kota seperti SD, SMP, serta Kemenag yang mengembangkan ibtidaiyah, tsanawiah, dan aliyah di Jabar, juga mengedepankan kemajuan.
Adapun jumlah SMA/SMK Negeri di Jabar saat ini ada sekitar 800, dan swasta ada sekitar 3.000 sekolah. (red)
