Kapolres Banjar AKBP Melda Yanny S.I.K., M.H menjelaskan bahwa Sat Narkoba Polres Banjar Polda Jabar. Mengamankan seorang laki-laki berinisial MR yang telah mengedarkan obat jenis Hexymer, yang didapat dengan cara membeli di Online Shop.
Setelah dilakukan penyelidikan oleh Kasat Narkoba AKP Usep Supiyan, S.H diketahui pemilik akun tersebut, berinisial I dan tersangka berhasil ditangkap di kantor J&T Pisangan, Jakarta Timur.
“MR Alias Gendut telah mengedarkan obat jenis Hexymer. Diketahui bahwa obat Hexymer tersebut didapat dengan cara membeli melalui Online Shop. Kemudian Tim melakukan Under Cover Buy ke akun tersebut dan melakukan Control Delivery. Setelah diketahui pemilik akun tersebut berinisial I. Tim berhasil menangkap tersangka di kantor J&T Pisangan Jakarta Timur, ” jelas AKBP Melda Yanny SIK MH.
Menurut penjelasan Kabid Humas Polda Jabar Kombes Pol. Drs. S. Erlangga, dengan barang bukti tersebut, polisi lalu membawa pelaku ke rumahnya untuk dilakukan penggeledahan. Saat dilakukan penggeledahan itulah, Polisi menemukan juga barang bukti berupa obat terlarang sebanyak 247.618 butir obat-obatan berbagai merk.
Diantaranya 49.000 butir jenis obat HEXYMER dan sebanyak 10.450 butir jenis obat atau pil TRIHEXYPHENIDYL.
Polisi juga langsung mengamankan tersangka beserta barang buktinya ke Mapolres Banjar Polda Jabar. Perbuatan MR dinilai telah memenuhi unsur delik sebagaimana dimaksud dalam Pasal 196 dan atau Pasal 197 dan atau 198 UU RI No. 36 Tahun 2009 Tentang Kesehatan Jo Pasal 62 UU RI No. 5 Tahun 1997 Tentang Psikotropika.
