Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com — KINI, Kota Bandung resmi memiliki Pusat Kesejahteraan Sosial (Puskesos). Bangunan representatif yang berada di Rancacili, Kelurahan Derwati, Kecamatan Rancasari ini. Akan menjadi Pusat Penanganan Masalah Kesejahteraan Sosial (PMKS) di Kota Bandung.
Puskesos diresmikan langsung oleh Wali Kota Bandung, Oded M. Danial, Kamis (27/12/18). Selain Puskesos, diresmikan juga Kantor Dinas Sosial dan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (Dinsosnangkis) Kota Bandung.
Mang Oded mengaku, bersyukur dengan selesainya pembangunan Puskesos ini. Sehingga masalah kesejahteraan sosial di Bandung bisa ditangani lebih komprehensif.
“Setelah proses panjang sejak zaman wali kotanya pak Dada. Alhamdulilah selesai saat ini. Saya harap hadirnya gedung yang baru ini, menjadi sebuah kawasan terpadu penanganan PMKS di Kota Bandung. Dengan adanya tempat ini, kita juga harus membangun kolaborasi dengan masyarakat,” kata Mang Oded saat peresmian.
Dikemukakan Kepala Dinsosnangkis Kota Bandung, Tono Rusdiantono, Puskesos sudah mampu melayani penanganan masalah 26 kategori PMKS. Para PMKS yang masuk ke Puskesos, akan diberikan berbagai pembinaan bekerja sama dengan sejumlah pihak. Diantaranya Polri, TNI ataupun bersama Dinas Tenaga Kerja (Disnaker) Kota Bandung.
“Yang dilayani orang miskin, khusus dari basis data terpadu, kesehatan, pendidikan, BPJS, Bansos dan ada 11 rincian bantuan. Jadi pusat rehabilitasi, PSK, Anjal, Anak Telantar dan Disabilitas,” katanya.
Selain melayani rujukan dari tingkat Kelurahan, ia menyatakan, Dinsosnangkis tetap akan melakukan penjangkauan melalui operasi menyisir PMKS di jalanan. Kemudian dibawa ke Puskesos untuk pembinaan.
”Ini pusat penyelenggaraan kesejahteraan sosial ada di sini. Mekanismenya sebetulnya ada di Kelurahan. Sistemnya akan kita bangun di Kelurahan lalu dirujuk ke sini,” jelas Tono.
Guna memenuhi operasional Puskesos ini, Dinsosnangkis menyiapkan 3 Bus, Microbus 2 unit, dan mobil operasional 5 unit.
“Jumlah itu cukup untuk melakukan penjaringan ke lapangan. Biasanya seputaran Ujungberung, Cicaheum, Cibiru, Cibereum, Pasteur, bawah jembatan RSHS, Jl. Riau, Buah Batu dan Gatot Subroto,” ungkap Tono.
Puskesos itu mampu menampung 130 PMKS setiap harinya, dengan lama pembinaan selama satu pekan. Puskesos berada di kawasan terpadu seluas 7,1 hektar ini, berdiri 13 bangunan Utama. Bangunan tersebut terdiri dari, Bangunan Gedung, Rumah Singgah, Kantor Lansia, Masjid, Layanan Satu Atap SLTR (Sistem Layanan Rujukan Terpadu), Tunawiswa, Tunasusila dan Disabilitas.
“Tidak boleh ada PMKS lagi yang tidur di pinggir jalan. Mereka akan dibawa ke sini. Diberi makanan bergizi,” tambah Tono.
