“Antusias masyarakat Purwakarta mengikuti seleksi CPNS 2019 cukup tinggi. Pendaftar paling banyak melamar ke tenaga Pendidik atau Guru,” ujar Kepala BKPSDM Kabupaten Purwakarta, Asep Supriatna, Selasa (19/11).
Asep Supriatna memprediksi, jumlah tersebut merupakan angka berjalan. Karena pendaftaran masih dibuka hingga 24 November 2019 nanti.
“Jika pada CPNS tahun lalu pelamar semakin banyak diakhir–akhir pendaftaran,” katanya.
Menurutnya, pada CPNS tahun ini sedikit berbeda jika dibandingkan CPNS 2018. Tahun ini pelamar tidak bisa melihat berapa jumlah yang sudah mendaftar ke salahsatu intansi.
“Misalkan gini, kita berniat melamar ke sekolah SMP atau SD yang kita tuju. Kita tidak bisa melihat berapa orang yang sudah melamar ke sekolah itu, kalau tahun lalu itu bisa dilihat,” tuturnya.
Selain itu, Asep menyarankan agar calon pelamar mempersiapkan berkas yang dibutuhkan. Menurutnya, proses rekrutmen CPNS ini benar-benar bergantung pada kompetensi calon atau pelamar.
Juga mengimbau agar tidak mempercayai oknum yang mengatasnamakan kepala BKSDM atau oknum apapun yang mengimingi lolos CPNS.
“Kami pastikan proses rekrutmen CPNS steril dari intervensi pihak mana pun. Kangan percaya dengan hal seperti itu. Hindari, apalagi ada oknum yang meminta sejumlah uang. Daftar langsung dan ikuti prosedurnya,” ujarnya.
Untuk diketahui, jumlah kuota CPNS di Kabupaten Purwakarta sebanyak 169. Dengan asumsi 164 formasi tenaga Pendidik atau Guru. Sementara sisanya Tenaga Medis, 3 Dokter Umum dan 2 Dokter Hewan. (Wief)
