Membuka pendaftaran Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB) 2018 untuk jenjang SMA/SMk dan MA jalur Nilai Hasil Ujian Nasional (NHUN). Dilakukan secara serentak di seluruh kabupaten/kota se-Jawa Barat, mulai tanggal 5 a/d 10 Juli 2018.
Menurut Sekretaris Disdik Jabar yang juga Ketua Panitia PPDB 2018, Firman Adam, mulai Kamis hingga Selasa (5 s/d 10 Juli) pendaftaran PPDB 2018 untuk jenjang SMA/SMK dan MA jalur NHUN mulai dibuka. Untuk itu, kepada para orangtua dan calon siswa untuk segera mempersiapkan segala persyaratan yang harus dibawa saat melakukan pendaftaran ke sekolah yang akan dituju.
“Tentukan pilihan dan tujuan sekolah yang akan diambil, baik ke SMA atau ke SMK. Jika memilih melanjutkan ke SMA, maka pilihan kedua juga SMA. Tapi bila memilih melanjutkan ke SMK, maka dapat memilih tiga pilihan kompetensi keahlian/program keahlian yang sama atau berbeda dalam satu atau dua sekolah pilihan,” kata Firman Adam kepada wartawan di Disdik Jabar.
Firman menjelaskan, jumlah pilihan sekolah untuk jenjang SMA sebanyak dua pilihan baik untuk zonasi dalam provinsi, maupun luar provinsi. Dan pemeringkatan berdasarkan skor total tiap calon peserta didik dengan kuota sekolah masing-masing.
“Skor jarak dihitung berdasarkan jarak di sekolah pilihan satu dan dua. Skor jalur NHUN antara pilihan satu dan dua pasti berbeda, karena jarak antara tempat tinggal calon peserta didik dengan sekolah pilihan satu dan dua berbeda,” ujarnya.
Adapun terkait cara pendaftaran, calon peserta didik langsung datang ke sekolah tujuan. Dengan membawa berkas-berkas yang dipersyaratkan, seperti data yang telah diverifikasi, untuk kemudian diunggah oleh panitia PPDB di sekolah.
Namun, sebelum menentukan pilihan mendaftar ke sekolah mana yang akan dipilih. Firman mengimbau masyarakat, terutama kepada para orangtua calon siswa, sebaiknya mencari terlebih dahulu informasi dengan membuka website resmi PPDB Jawa Barat http://ppdb.disdik.jabarprov.go.id,” jelasnya
