Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com — INOVASI Buruan SAE (Pekarangan Sehat, Alami, Ekonomis) mendapat penghargaan dari Presiden Joko Widodo. Setelah Kota Bandung ditetapkan sebagai Kota Terbaik 3 dalam Penghargaan Pembangunan Daerah (PPD) oleh Kementerian PPN/Bappenas.
Wali Kota Bandung, Oded M Danial menjelaskan, konsep perencanaan pembangunan melalui Inovasi Buruan SAE Menjadi andalan untuk meraih penghargaan tersebut. Sebab konsep pembangunan di Kota Bandung tidak hanya sekadar menuntaskan permasalahan pangan, melainkan juga lingkungannya.
Melalui Buruan SAE, warga bisa memanfaatkan pekarangan atau lahannya dengan menanam sayuran, buah-buahan, memelihara ikan dan ternak.
Tidak hanya itu, lewat inovasi tersebut warga juga bisa mengelola limbahnya dengan menjadikan kompos atau pakan ternak.
Di Kota Bandung, terang Oded, sudah ada 190 Kelompok Tani (Poktan) yang mengembangkan inovasi Buruan SAE. Meski belum merata di 151 kelurahan, namun Oded akan terus mendorong setiap kewilayahan segera mengimplementasikannya.
“Tapi baru ada di 111 Kelurahan. Ini akan kita genjot dan terus dorong ke aparat kewilayahan. Saya berharap nanti bukan hanya setiap Kelurahan, tapi setiap RW memiliki Poktan, kalau itu terlaksana mudah-mudahan sampahnya selesai, ketahanan pangannya juga,” tutur Oded, Selasa 4 Mei 2021.
Di samping itu, Pemerintah Kota Bandung akan mempersiapkan anggaran yang jauh lebih besar. Agar Buruan SAE bisa segera hadir di seluruh kewilayahan. Sehingga, Kota Bandung bisa mewujudkan cita-citanya untuk menjadi Kota Mandiri Pangan.
“Insya Allah kita sudah mempersiapkan anggaran dan PPIPK sebagian akan kita dorong kesitu. Tahun ini saya berharap sisanya 40 Kelurahan bisa melaksanakan inovasi Buruan SAE,” imbuh Oded.
Senada, Kepala Dinas Pangan dan Pertanian (Dispangtan) Kota Bandung, Gin Gin Ginanjar mengungkapkan, sejak diluncurkan pada September 2020 lalu Buruan SAE berkembang begitu pesat karena ternyata animo masyarakat cukup tinggi.
Sehingga Gin gin cukup yakin untuk menghadirkan Poktan di seluruh kelurahan di Kota Bandung. Pasalnya dengan teknis yang sederhana, Buruan SAE bisa memenuhi kebutuhan keseharian keluarga.
“Kita sudah anggarkan dan rencanakan, bahkan (Anggaran) lebih besar, karena minat lebih banyak dan animo lebih tinggi. Seperti yang 190 juga sebenarnya kita awalnya akan membangun 60 titik (Poktan) tapi perkembangannya lebih besar,” tuturnya.
“Insya Allah tahun ini kita akan menuntaskan kelurahan yang sisa itu untuk menjadi tempat pengembangan Buruan SAE menjadi contoh juga bagi warga sekitar,” imbuhnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Badan Perencanaan Pembangunan, Penelitian dan Pengembangan (Bappelitbang) Kota Bandung, Anton Sunarwibowo mendorong semua perangkat Daerah untuk tidak berhenti berinovasi dan jangan takut mengikuti kompetisi.
Karena dengan inovasi yang dimiliki, pihaknya akan membantu untuk mengemas dan mewujudkan apa yang sudah digagas untuk diselesaikan hingga tuntas.
“Tahun ini kami berhasil mengemas inovasi di Dispangtan untuk tampil. Dan ini tidak berhenti di pertandingan, kami mencoba inovasi ini bisa ga masuk di skala bisnis dan kerjasama dengan pihak lain,” tuturnya.
“Harapan kita tahun depan kita punya tabungan lagi. Inovasi tiada henti, inovasi harga mati, kami tunggu inovasi terbaru dari perangkat daerah untuk tahun 2022,” tutur Anton.
Untuk diketahui, sebelumnya inovasi Buruan SAE juga mendapat penghargaan sebagai juara pertama kategori kota terbaik di tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat Tahun 2021.
Selain Kota Bandung, dalam PPD kali ini Provinsi Jawa Barat mendapat penghargaan Provinsi Terbaik 2 se-Indonesia dari Kementerian PPN/Bappenas. (tan).]]>
