Irsan menjelaskan, berbagai manfaat Adiraku dapat diakses oleh Customer Adira. Seperti Pembayaran dan Penghitungan Simulasi.
“Konsumen yang akan mengambil Kredit juga, bisa hitung-hitungan Simulasi di Adiraku. Bahkan bisa melakukan hubungan kontak dengan Adira,” tambahnya.
Disinggung keamanan, pihaknya menjamin Aplikasi Adiraku cukup aman, karena sudah dilakukan pengujian.
“Sebelum kita launching, tentu kita sudah melakukan Tes. Keamanan kita juga berlapis, jadi tidak mudah diserang. Saat ini pengguna Aplikasi Adiraku di Jabar. Mencapai 40 ribu Nasabah, Nasional mencapai 150 ribu dan target secara Nasional hingga akhir tahun ini 500 ribu,” ungkap Irsan.
Hal senada, Iman Kurniawan, Branch Manager Adira Cimahi menjelaskan, beberapa Fitur Adiraku yang dapat diakses oleh pelanggan. Diantaranya Informasi nomor kontrak besar angsuran dan tenor.
“Selain itu, ada juga Fitur Janji Bayar, dimana saat jatuh tempo. Keuangan belum mencukupi untuk membayar, bisa mengakses fitur tersebut. Termasuk WhatsApp Chat untuk berkomunikasi langsung dengan Adira,” tandas Iman.
