Untuk saat ini pembangunannya yang di Laksanakan Oleh KSM (Kelompok Swadaya Masyarakat). Pengerjaannya dalam pengawasan dan pendampingan Satgas Citarum Harum di wilayah Sektor 7 Desa Sayati, Kecamatan Margahayu dan Desa Cangkuang Wetan Dayeuhkolot, Kab. Bandung.
Pembangunan Sanimas tersebut, dengan nilai proyek masing-masing sekitar 500 juta, demikian dikatakan oleh Komandan Sektor 7 Satgas Citarum Harum Kolonel Kav Purwadi
”Di wilayah Sektor 7 baru Ada 5 Sanimas ataupun Septic Tank Komunal dari 14 Desa dan pada tahun 2020 ini. Yakni tempatnya di Desa Sayati dan Desa Cangkuang Wetan. Dari mulai pekerjaan hingga kini memasuki 90%, kami Satgas Citarum Harum Sektor 7 selalu mengawasi dan memantau pekerjaan tersebut,” kata Dansektor 7 Kolonel Kav Purwadi.
“Mudah-mudahan progam Sanimas Citarum ini, bermanfaat serta mengurangi pencemaran limbah domestik yang langsung ke sungai. Dan untuk Desa yang lain yang belum ada Sanimas Ipal Komunal saya terus ajukan. Apa lagi untuk wilayah yang padat penduduk, untuk penanganan limbah domestik tinja,” lanjut Dansektor 7 Kolonel Kav Purwadi.
Lurah Desa Sayati N. Kusnadar berharap, “Dengan telah dibangunnya Septic Tank Komunal ini. Kebiasaan masyarakat berubah dan kita patut berterima kasih melalui Dansektor 7 Satgas Citarum Harum Septic Tank yang lama diajukan baru sekarang terwujud”.
Kemudian salasatu pengurus KSM Desa Sayati Resik Budi Suherdu mengatakan, “Terimakasih pada Satgas Citarum khususnya Dansektor 7 dan pihak Pemerintah Pusat. Yang telah memfasilitasi pelaksanaan program Sanimas ini, juga rekan KSM yang berjibaku melaksanakan kegiatan ini. Besar harapan kami kegiatan ini akan memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat sekitar. Yang kurang lebih ada 70 sasaran Rumah atau Kepala Keluarga yang mencakup hampir 400 jiwa lebih dari program Sanimas ini,” ucapnya
