Kegiatan ini dalam rangka mempererat tali silaturahmi yang baik antara Satgas Yonif Raider 300/BJW Kodam III/Siliwangi dengan mayarakat. Khususnya masyarakat kampung Pund Distrik Waris, Kabupaten Keerom, Papua yang berada di wilayah tanggung jawab Pos Pamtas Kalipay.
Lasalus Amo selaku Kepala Kampung Pund, menerima dengan baik kedatangan personel Satgas Yonif Raider 300/Bjw dari Pos Pamtas Kalipay. Beliau sangat ramah dan terbuka, serta menerangkan dengan baik tentang kondisi Kampung Pund.
Pada kesempatan silaturahmi tersebut juga, dilaksanakan pemberian Cinderamata berupa miniatur “Kujang” kepada Lasalus Amo. selaku Kepala Kampung yang diserahkan langsung oleh Danpos Kalipay Lettu Inf Andhika Hutabarat. Yang melambangkan simbol bahwa Prajurit Siliwangi selalu hadir di tengah-tengah masyarakat dimanapun bertugas.
Kepala Kampung Pund, Lasalus Amo mewakili masyarakat Kampung Pund menyampaikan bahwa, “Warga sangat senang dan bangga dengan kehadiran Satgas Yonif Raider 300/Bjw yang dengan cepat. Dapat berbaur dengan masyarakat sekitarnya”.
Menurut Komandan Satgas Pamtas Yonif Raider 300/Bjw Mayor Inf Ary Sutrisno S.I.P, bahwa, “Prajurit Siliwangi yang terkenal dengan dengan semangat “Adu Bako”. Selalu siap hadir ditengah-tengah masyarakat. Untuk membantu meringankan kesulitan masyarakat khususnya di daerah perbatasan”.
“Prajurit Siliwangi akan selalu mengayomi, melindungi dan membantu masyarakat. Baik dalam keadaan suka maupun duka,” ucap Dansatgas Pamtas Yonif Raider 300/Bjw.
