Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com – DINAS Kesehatan (Dinkes) menargetkan pemantauan ke 1.700 Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) di seluruh Kota Bandung. Lokasi-lokasi tersebut antara lain Sekolah, Hotel, Restoran dan Perkantoran baik Kelurahan, Kecamatan maupun Perangkat Daerah.
Kepala Bidang Kesehatan Masyarakat Dinkes Kota Bandung, Henny Rahayu Ningtyas mengemukakan, tim satgas KTR telah memantau sejak April 2018 lalu. Sejauh ini tim tersebut, baru menjangkau sekitar 50 persen lokasi dari yang ditargetkan.
“Kami yakin sampai akhir tahun ini, target tersebut insya Allah dapat tercapai,” ungkapnya ditemui di sela-sela pemantauan KTR di Kantor Bagian Kesejahteraan Rakyat Setda (Kesra) Balai Kota, Jalan Wastukancana, Kota Bandung, Selasa (28/8/2018).
Perlu diketahui, di Kota Bandung terdapat hari tematik yang di antaranya “Selasa Tanpa Rokok”. Program ini kemudian semakin kuat dengan terbitnya Perwal Nomor 315 tahun 2017 tentang KTR.
“Kami gencar memantau KTR dalam rangka implementasi Perwal 315/2017. Kami sudah beberapa kali memantau kawasan tersebut,” tuturnya.
Aksi tersebut, kata Henny, untuk mengetahui implementasi Perwal KTR di kantor-kantor maupun Sekolah, Hotel dan Restoran.
“Kami ingin tempat bekerja maupun sekolah bisa bersih dari polusi asap rokok,” ujarnya.
Berdasarkan hasil pemantauan beberapa kali ke berbagai lokasi, masih ada sejumlah perkantoran yang belum sepenuhnya mengimplementasikannya Perwal KTR. Dari sisi penempelan tanda sudah ada, tapi masih banyak yang melanggar.
“Misalnya masih terlihat asbak yang disimpan sembarang tempat, puntung rokok dibuang dimana saja dan terutama juga polusi asap rokok,” sebutnya.
Bagi para pelanggar tersebut, tim satgas KTR masih persuasif. Belum bisa menegakkan hukum dengan menindak tegas berupa pemberian denda atau lainnya.
“Sekarang kan baru Perwal, belum berupa Perda. Kami hanya menyampaikan formulir ke pengelola perkantoran tersebut. Nantinya mereka bisa evaluasi sendiri,” pungkasnya. (Red)
