Duta Seni Kabupaten Bojonegoro Memperkenalkan “Wayang Thengul” Sebagai Ikon Daerahnya…..!
Jakarta, BEREDUKASI.Com — KHASANAH Kesenian Wayang kita kaya. Ada beragam jenis Wayang. Tampil dalam berbagai medium ekspresi dengan beragam jenis, bentuk dan ukuran.
Ada “Wayang Beber” (Dalam Bentuk Gulungan Gambar), “Wayang Kulit”, Wayang Golek (Wayang Boneka Kayu), “Wayang Wong dan Topeng”, dan masih banyak lagi jenisnya.
Selama dua pekan, Badan Penghubung Daerah Provinsi Jawa Timur. Melalui kegiatan Anugerah Duta Seni Budaya Jawa Timur, menampilkan jenis kesenian ini.
Namun kedua jenis Wayang ini tidak ditampilkan dalam rupa yang “utuh” atau “murni” sebagai pertunjukan “Wayang Golek”. Melainkan Dielaborasi dan Kolaborasi dalam karya garapan tari dan Wayang Wong.
Jika pekan lalu (Minggu, 21/07/2019), Duta Seni Saerah Kabupaten Nganjuk mementaskan “Wayang Timplong”. Maka pekan ini (Minggu, 28/07/2019), Duta Seni Daerah dari Kabupaten Bojonegoro menampilkan “Wayang Thengul”. Digelar di Anjungan Jawa Timur, Taman Mini Indonesia Indah (TMII), Jakarta, Minggu (28/07/2019).
Wayang “Thengul” tampil memikat, unik dan menarik. Konsep garapan yang menggabungkan Wayang aslinya “Golek” atau “Wayang Kayu” dengan “Wayang Wong”. Serta tarian dengan pengembangan gerak yang bersumber dari Wayang.
“Wayang Thengul” adalah jenis Kesenian Tradisional “khas” dari Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Mohon do’a pada tgl 17 Agustus 2019 nanti. “Wayang Thengul” juga akan tampil di Istana Negara dalam acara kenegaraan,” ujar Bupati Bojonegoro, DR Hj Anna Mu’awanah, menyampaikan sambutan.
Rangkaian acara kesenian dan Budaya ini, ujar Anna, adalah upaya mengangkat Sektor Pariwisata di daerahnya. Selain itu, pemeritahannya juga “concern” terhadap peningkatan pembangunan fisik serta peningkatan sumber daya manusia.
“Kita baru saja menggelar “Bojonegoro Thengul International Folklore Festival” yang diikuti empat Negara yaitu Bulgaria, Thailand, Polandia dan Meksiko. Banyak Seniman kita ambil bagian di acara ini. Alhamdulillah acara ini dicatat di Museum Rekor Dunia Indonesia (MURI),” tukas Anna bangga.
Wayang “Wong Thengul” ditampilkan sebagai kesenian unggulan dengan lakon “Mbededhag Kebacut Tresna”. Di awal pergelaran Duta Seni Kabupaten Bojonegoro ini, menampilkan tarian dengan tema serupa bertajuk Tari “Cekak Aos”.
Upaya pemerintah Kabupaten Bojonegoro menampilkan seni “Thengul”. Tentu patut mendapat apresiasi sebagai langkah konservasi dan Pelestarian Budaya yang semakin langka ini. Kabupaten Bojonegoro terus berusaha melestarikan “Wayang Thengul”. Menjadi salasatu warisan tradisi dan “Ikon” Budaya Bojonegoro.
“Mbededhag Kebacut Tresna” mengisahkan Raja Malowati Prabu Anglingdarma berburu di hutan. Dan menyamar sebagai rakyat biasa. Bertemu Bathik Madrim dan Dewi Setyowati Putra Begawan Manik Sutro. Terjadi pertengkaran hingga terbongkarlah penyamaran Raja Malowati Prabu Anglingdarma.
Melihat kecantikan Dewi Setyowati, Prabu Anglingdarma terpesona. Maka dipinanglah Dewi Setyowati menjadi Permaisuri.
Tari “Cekak Aos’ terinspirasi dari pergelaran “Wayang Thengul” semalam suntuk. Lakon yang panjang ini kemudian digagas menjadi Karya Tari yang ceritanya diringkas atau dipendekkan. “Cekak” dan “Aos” artinya padat.
Visualisasi yang ditampilkan merupakan eksplorasi karakter “Wayang Thengul” yang terbuat dari kayu dengan gerak tubuh yang kaku dan gerakan patah-patah.
Turut menyaksikan pergelaran ini, Ketua DPRD Kabupaten Bojonegoro, Sigit Kusharijanto SE MM, Kepala Badan Penghubung Daerah Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Timur, Drs. Dwi Suyanto, MM dan Kepala Sub Bidang (Kasubid) Pengelolaan Anjungan Badan Penghubung Daerah (Bapenda) Provinsi Jawa Timur, Samad Widodo, SS, MM.
