Pada upacara ini, pemimpin upacara langsung dipimpin oleh Pangdam III Siliwangi, Mayjen Kunto Arief Wibowo. Acara ini juga dihadiri oleh Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil.
Pada kesempatan itu, Edwin menyampaikan rasa berbahagia dan bangga dalam menyambut Peringatan HUT Ke-77 TNI yang bertepatan pada tanggal 5 Oktober 2022 ini.

Selanjutnya Edwin pun menyampaikan bahwa TNI merupakan Bhayangkara dan Pilar Bangsa Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia.
