Selain opini WTP, Ridwan juga memprioritaskan pembangunan fisik yang harus selesai di tahun ini. Salasatunya adalah “Rumah Deret Tamansari”. Ia ingin agar semua pembangunan berjalan sesuai rencana.
“Apartemen Tamansari jalan terus. Kita sudah menang di PTUN (Pengadilan Tata Usaha Negara), karena itu juga untuk kesejahteraan warga,” ucapnya.
Ia optimis, pembangunan infrastruktur akan tetap berjalan karena ia dan Oded terus memantau pekerjaan. Keduanya sudah fokus kembali, karena proses Pemilihan Kepala Daerah (Pilkada) sudah selesai.
“Saya besok ada rapat besar untuk lelang proyek. Untuk mengetahui anggaran triliunan ini per minggu ini sudah sampai mana. Saya akselerasi dan langsung dikerjakan. Memang pasti nanti perubahannya hadir rata-rata di akhir tahun di Wali Kota baru,” katanya.
Emil juga menghimbau kepada periode pemerintahan selanjutnya, agar perubahan-perubahan positif yang telah terjadi selama lima tahun ini, tidak membuat para pejabat terlena. Ia tak ingin Bandung stagnan karena menganggap diri sudah baik.
“Kecepatan saya membangun Bandung itu, 10 Proyek setiap tahun. Jadi tidak boleh turun di kepemimpinan baru. Maksudnya, para Kepala Dinas, agar jangan turun standar kecepatan memberikan inovasi karena pasti rakyat akan menilai,” pesannya. (Red)
