Endang Susilastuti Pimpin Kepala Balai Tikomdik Disdik Jabar….!
Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com – GUBERNUR Jawa Barat, Ahmad Heryawan resmi melantik Kepala Balai Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi Pendidikan (Tikomdik) Dinas Pendidikan Jawa Barat.
Dalam acara pelantikan ini, Endang Susilastuti menggantikan Asep Suhanggan yang kini menjabat sebagai Kepala Bidang Guru dan Tenaga Kependidikan Dinas Pendidikan Jawa Barat.
Aher mengatakan, tujuan pelantikan adalah untuk mengisi kekosongan Jabatan. Hal tersebut diakibatkan adanya beberapa balai dan bidang yang dirampingkan.
“Pelantikan ini dikarenakan adanya kekosongan jabatan juga. Ada beberapa balai dan bidang yang dikurangi, ada cabang dinas yang Eselon empatnya hilang. Pada 2017 banyak kekurangan Eselon 4, 2018 justru sebaliknya, banyak Eselon 4 yang menganggur,” jelas Aher di Gedung Sate, beberapa hari yang lalu.
Aher mengimbau agar Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) di seluruh Provinsi Jawa Barat. Terutama yang sudah dilantik, agar memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam menjalankan program-program pemerintah.
Tentunya para ASN ini diminta untuk bersinergi dalam melaksanakan tugas dan tanggung jawab sesuai dengan jabatannya.
“Pergantian Pejabat ini, merupakan kepercayaan dan amanah yang perlu dipertanggungjawabkan. Setiap ASN harus memahami bahwa jabatan bukan sekedar kekuasaan. Akan tetapi, kemuliaan yang harus dikerjakan sebaik-baiknya,” tegas Aher. (HKS)
