Jakarta, BEREDUKASI.Com — SERIKAT Media Siber Indonesia (SMSI) berusia 4 tahun. Namun demikian Anggota yang tergabung sudah mencapai 1.300 Perusahaan Pers.

Tepatnya pada 7 Maret 2021, Pengurus Pusat SMSI merayakan tasyakuran Hari Jadi SMSI yang ke 4 secara Nasional diikuti Pengurus SMSI Pusat, Wakil Pemimpin Redaksi KOMPAS Media Mohammad Bakir P Tri Agung Kristanto, utusan SMSI Provinsi DKI Jakarta, utusan SMSI Provinsi Banten dan utusan SMSI Jawa Barat yang diwakili Ketua SMSI Bekasi Raya, Doni Ardon, Sekretaris Leksono Budiarto dan Bendahara Anwar Soleh.

Dalam kiprahnya di beberapa moment, tiga tahun belakangan ini SMSI ikut dalam barisan penyelenggara peringatan Hari Pers Nasional (HPN). Mulai dari Surabaya 2019, Kalimantan Barat 2020 dan selama 2 tahun berturut-turut di wilayah Bekasi Raya (Kabupaten Bekasi dan Kota Bekasi pada tahun 2019 dan 2020.

Berkat Prestasinya, SMSI juga pernah meraih Rekor MURI tahun 2020. Untuk kategori Anggota Terbanyak dan Tercepat dalam menyampaikan Informasi. Serta meraih penghargaan CSR Pemerintah diterima SMSI Bekasi Raya pada tahun 2021.

“Selamat Ulang Tahun SMSI. Dan semoga dapat menjadi wadah bagi Perusahaan Media di seluruh penjuru tanah air,” ungkap Ketua Umum SMSI, Firdaus, dalam sambutannya pada peringatan HUT SMSI di Kantor SMSI Pusat Jl. Veteran II No.7C, Gambir, Jakarta Pusat, Minggu (07/03/2021).

Firdaus berharap seluruh Perusahaan Pers yang tergabung dalam SMSI. Senantiasa kompak dan bergotong royong menyampaikan informasi yang membangun.

Melalui tema tasyakuran SMSI tahun ini, yakni “Membangun Semangat Kebersamaan, untuk menjaga Negeri”. Firdaus mengajak seluruh Anggota SMSI berkiprah, dalam hal pembangunan di seluruh penjuru tanah air.

Dalam kesempatan tersebut, ketua SMSI Bekasi Raya, Doni Ardon menyampaikan pihaknya sudah menjalankam pesan dan harapan yang disampaikan Ketua Umum Firdaus. Melalui agenda pembangunan Kabupaten Bekasi bagian utara, yang dimulai sejak gelaran Deklarasi Membangun Kabupaten Bekasi Bagian utara pada 31 Agustus 2020.

“SMSI Bekasi Raya sudah menggandeng Bupati Bekasi, Ketua Kamar Dagang dan Industri Kabupaten Bekasi, Kapolres Metro Bekasi, DPRD Provinsi Jawa Barat, DPRD Kabupaten Bekasi, para Pengusaha dan Tokoh Masyarakat Bekasi. Untuk membangun kawasan Industri berkelanjutan dan Kota berkesinambungan,” ujarnya.

Dalam Tasyakuran Hari Jadi SMSI ke-4 tingkat Nasional, Panitia menampilkan 5 Tokoh Inspirasi Pers Nasional yakni Adam Malik (Pendiri Kantor Berita ANTARA/ Wakil Presiden Republik Indonesia ke-3), Petrus Kanisius Ojong (pendiri KOMPAS), Jakob Oetama (pendiri KOMPAS), Buya Hamka (Penulis Sejarah/Pendiri Majalah Panji Masyarakat) dan Fakhruddin (Pahlawanedia/Tokoh Pergerakan Pers Nasional).

“Semoga menjadi inspirasi kawan-kawan media semuanya, khususnya yang tergabung di SMSI,” harap Wakil Pemimpin Redaksi KOMPAS Media Mohammad Bakir P Tri Agung Kristanto.

Usai sambutan Ketua Umum, testimoni para Tokoh Pers Nasional dan seremonial, tasyakuran Hari Jadi SMSI dilanjutkan dengan potong tumpeng dan do’a bersama. (Ris).
