Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com — RAWAYAN West Java World Music Festival atau disingkat  RAWAYAN adalah kegiatan musik kolaboratif yang mengusung genre world music sebagai tema utama, digabungkan dengan atmosfer destinasi hijau nan asri sebagai salah satu citra dan magnet yang dimiliki oleh Bumi Parahyangan.

Saung Angklung Udjo akan mengadakan Musik Performance tersebut pada Sabtu  21 September 2019 mendatang di Kebon Udjo & Saung Angklung Udjo di Jl. Padasuka No.118, Pasirlayung, Kota Bandung.

Pimpinan Saung Angklung Udjo, Taufik Udjo pada selasa (17/9/2019) di acara jumpa pers mengungkapkan bahwa World music sendiri dapat diartikan secara umum sebagai genre yang sifatnya kolaboratif, punya nuansa timur dan barat sekaligus. Selain itu, world music juga umumnya mengusung ide kelokalan, menampilkan gramatika musik rakyat (folk) yang ditampilkan di panggung modern, dalam format pertunjukan yang umum dan terbuka atau tidak dalam konteks ritual atau tradisi.

“Musik dianalogikan sebagai lokomotif kereta api dan ekosistem pariwisata dianalogikan sebagai gerbong kereta api. Saung Angklung Udjo Sebagai etalase budaya Sunda pada kali ini akan mengadakan sebuah program aktivasi ekosistem pariwisata Jawa Barat berupa kegiatan kolaborasi dalam bentuk Festival Musik Dunia yang menawarkan atmosfir destinasi hijau nan asri sebagai salah satu citra dan magnet yang RAWAYAN memiliki arti sebagai jembatan penghubung yang berasal dari Bahasa urang Baduy. Dalam konteks festival musik ini, RAWAYAN ditafsirkan sebagai Penghubung Budaya, sebagai arah perkembangan modern yang berbasis kultural seraya menanamkan nilai-nilai lingkungan hidup beserta kearifan lokal yang dimiliki tanah Sunda,” jelasnya.

Rawayan, lanjut Taufik menjembatani dan menghubungkan kearifan lokal yang ada di Jawa Barat khususnya budaya Sunda dengan dunia milenial dan dunia internasional adalah salah satu cara untuk mengembangkan ekosistem masyarakat dalam beberapa aspek.

“Untuk mewujudkan hal tersebut, dalam RAWAYAN ini kami bermaksud untuk mengharmonikan hubungan kearifan lokal dengan dunia internasional agar terciptanya berita baik kepada dunia dan perkembangan ekosistem masyarakat khususnya masyarakat disekitar Kebon Udjo yang signifikan,” ulasnya.

Saung Angklung Udjo yang berdiri sejak tahun 6O-an, memiliki tanggung jawab untuk memberikan kontribusi terhadap masa depan bangsa. Bersama dengan mitra, Saung Angklung Udjo berinisiatif untuk turut serta membangun citra Bumi Parahyangan sebagai destinasi pariwisata yang hijau dan asri serta memperkenalkan kehangatan masyarakat Jawa Barat melalui kebesaran filosofi dan nilai kearifan lokal yang terkandung pada seni budaya dan musik.

“Sesuai dengan prinsip pendiri Saung Angklung Udjo “Keep the old one and create the new one” menjadi dasar bagi kami untuk melakukan kegiatan kolaborasi dalam bentuk Festival Musik Dunia. Pengharmonian antara seni budaya dan lingkungan sekitar diharapkan dapat memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat dunia serta masa dapan bangsa,” terangnya.

Adapun penasehat Rawayan West Java World Musik Festival, Jendral TNI (Purn) Agum Gumelar mengulas bahwa kegiatan hal ini tidaklah berlebihan apabila kegiatan RAWAYAN: West Java World Music Festival 2019, ia jadikan sebagai suatu representasi nilai sosio-kultural yang berbasis pada kaidah etik, estetik, dan pedagogik.

”Semoga kegiatan ini dapat menjadi inspirasi semua pihak tentang bagaimana kekuatan kearifan lokal ditampilkan dalam prinsip-prinsip pengelolaan yang professional serta dapat terukur di mata dunia internasional,” terang Jendral TNI (Purn) Agum Gumelar.

Sementara itu, PR Saung Angklung Udjo, Robby Murfi menambahkan bahwa  RAWAYAN West Java World Musik Festival akan digelar dengan beberapa agenda.

“Kami juga akan mengadakan Seni Instalasi Dengan memanfaatkan sumber daya yang ada kami akan menyajikan seni intalasi bambu dimana bambu-bambu ini akan dirangkai dan disatukan sehingga membentuk suatu seni yang indah dan memiliki nilai,” jelasnya.

Tak hanya itu, akan ada pula Pasar Rakyat Dengan berkerjasama dengan warga di sekitar Kebon Udjo, kami bertujuan untuk memperkenalkan makanan dan minuman tradisional dari Jawa Barat kepada dunia dan generasi millenial dan membantu pertumbuhan ekonomi warga sekitar dengan mengadakan Pasar Rakyat dalam festivai ini.

Selajutnya adalah Pintonan Seni Kolaborasi Pintonan seni kolaborasi adalah pertunjukan panggung yang mempermainkan berbagai instrumen etnik daerah dari berbagai belahan nusantara dan dunia.
