Jaring Pengaman Sosial (JPS) Tahap 2 Dan 3 Akan Dipercepat…….!
Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com — PEMERINTAH Kota Bandung melalui Dinas Sosial dan Penanggulangan Kemiskinan (Dinsosnangkis). Telah mulai menyalurkan Jaring Pengaman Sosial (JPS) tahap 2 dan 3.
Agar bisa merangsang Ekonomi kembali tumbuh, Wali Kota Bandung, Oded M. Danial meminta agar Dinsosnangkis Kota Bandung mempercepat penyaluran.
“Sampai hari ini sudah masuk Tahap Tiga berjalan dan sudah 70 Persen. Saya minta penyaluran ini didorong terus, agar tidak terlalu lama. Karena mereka sangat membutuhkan,” ucap Oded, di Kantor Dinsosnangkis, Jl. Babakan Karet, Rabu (1/7/2020).
Oded sengaja menyambangi kantor Dinsosnangkis, untuk memotivasi para petugas agar lebih gesit.
Oded mengingatkan, meski Kota Bandung sudah menerapkan pola Adaptasi Kebiasaan Baru (AKB). Namun program JPS ini, tetap harus segera terdistribusikan. Hal itu karena pereonomian masyarakat masih belum stabil.
Menurut Oded, kunci penting dari penyaluran JPS ini yakni keakuratan data.
“Modal utama, harus punya data masyarakat miskin. Kalau bisa harus sekomprehensif mungkin. Kalau kita punya data lengkap itu lebih enak. Misalkan saat evaluasi satu tahun itu lebih mudah. Kalau tidak ada data, kita bingung karena tidak ada patokan,” ujarnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinsosnangkis, Tono Rusdiantono mengungkapkan untuk penyaluran bantuan JPS Tahap Dua dan Tiga. Akan dikebut paling lambat selesai pada akhir Juli ini.. Pihaknya terus berkoordinasi dengan aparat kewilayahan, PT. POS dan BJB untuk mempercepat pendistribusian.
“Total Bansos Tahap Satu sekitar 93 persen. Tahap Dua dan Tiga sudah 70 Persen. Jadi jumlahnya sekitar 45.000 Penerima. Tahap Dua dan Tiga sisanya akhir bulan ini selesai,” kata Tono.
Tono memastikan penyaluran JPS tahap 2 dan 3 ini bisa lebih cepat. Hal itu karena sebagian besar data sudah diperbaharui.
“Penyempurnannya karena ada yang meninggal, ada yang dobel, ada juga yang namanya tidak jelas dan alamatnya. Kita kembalikan kemudian diberikan kepada Kasi Kesos dan baru kita kirim lagi melalui Distribusi Pos ataupun melalui BJB,” katanya. (asp).
