Jawa Barat Siapkan 7 Proyek Investasi Dan Bertekad Menjadikan Jabar Sebagai Destinasi Investasi Terbaik……!
Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com – Pemerintah Daerah Provinsi Jawa Barat menginventarisasi Proyek Investasi yang akan ditawarkan dalam “Indonesia Investment Day (IID) 2020”. Secara Virtual hari ini, Selasa (29/9/2020). IID 2020 sendiri diselenggarakan oleh Bank Indonesia.
Kepala Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) Jabar Noneng Komara Nengsih mengatakan, terdapat 7 proyek yang sudah disiapkan.
Ke-Tujuh Proyek tersebut yakni Aerocity Kertajati, Subang Industrial Park, Pariwisata Ciater Raya, Kawasan Walini Raya, Kertajati Industrial Estate Majalengka, Greater Cirebon Solid Waste Treatment Plant dan Jatigede Regional Water Supply System.
“Dalam Aerocity Kertajati, ada 4 proyek yang siap untuk ditawarkan, yaitu Logistic Hub, Financial Center, Creative Technology dan Vertical Housing,” kata Noneng Komara di Kantor DPMPTSP Jabar, Kota Bandung.
“Sedangkan pemegang proyek tersebut ada 5, yakni PT. BIJB, PT. PN VIII, PT. Dwipapuri, PT. MUJ, dan Dinas Perumahan dan Permukiman (Disperkim) Jabar,” imbuhnya.
Noneng Komara menjelaskan, semua pemegang proyek akan melakukan one on one meeting dengan para investor secara virtual. DPMPTSP Jabar, kata ia, bakal mendampingi pemegang proyek saat menggelar pertemuan tersebut.
“Pemilihan Proyek dilihat dari kesiapan. Sebab, para Investor sangat mengharapkan Proyek (yang ditawarkan) sudah matang, sudah ada Desain. Tidak mau proyek yang hanya potensi,” ucapnya.
Menurut Noneng Komara, Gubernur Jabar Ridwan Kamil akan menjadi Keynote Speaker dalam IID 2020. Ia pun berharap, dalam IID 2020, komunikasi pemegang Proyek dan Investor terjalin dengan baik. Selain itu, Investor tertarik untuk berinvestasi di Jabar.
“Tentu saja ada yang “Deal” dengan Investornya. Paling tidak pemahaman (Investor) tentang Jabar membaik. Karena kami bertekad menjadikan Jabar ini, sebagai Destinasi Investasi Terbaik,” katanya.
