Jakarta. BEREDUKASI.Com — KEPALA Staf Angkatan Darat (Kasad) Jenderal TNI Andika Perkasa. Menerima laporan Korps Kenaikan Pangkat 70 orang Perwira Tinggi (Pati) TNI AD bertempat di Lantai Dasar Gedung E Markas Besar Angkatan Darat (Mabesad), Jakarta, Jumat (22/5/2020).
Demikian disampaikan Kepala Dinas Penerangan Angkatan Darat (Kadispenad) Kolonel Inf Nefra Firdaus, dalam keterangan resminya, usai mengikuti acara laporan korps kenaikan pangkat Pati TNI AD di Mabesad, Jakarta.
Dijelaskan Kadispenad bahwa acara laporan korps kenaikan pangkat Pati tersebut berdasarkan Surat Perintah Panglima TNI Nomor Sprin/968/V/2020 tanggal 18 Mei 2020.
“Sejumlah 70 orang Pati TNI AD yang melaksanakan laporan Korps Kenaikan Pangkat kepada Kasad hari ini. Sebelumnya, pada Rabu (20/5/2020) lalu, 70 orang Pati TNI AD tersebut bersama 3 Pati TNI AL dan 6 Pati TNI AU telah melaksanakan laporan Korps Kenaikan Pangkat kepada Panglima TNI Marsekal TNI Hadi Tjahjanto, di Aula Gatot Soebroto, Mabes TNI, Cilangkap, Jakarta Timur,” ungkapnya.
Dijelaskan Kadispenad bahwa dari 70 Pati yang naik pangkat, 1 orang Pati diantaranya naik menjadi Letjen dengan pangkat Bintang Tiga yaitu Letjen TNI Joppye Onesimus Wayangkau, yang menjabat Komandan Pusat Teritorial Angkatan Darat (Danpusterad).
“Dari catatan yang ada, Joppye Onesimus Wayangkau merupakan putra kelahiran Serui, Papua tanggal 17 Juli 1962, lulusan Akmil 1986. Orang pertama “asli” Papua yang berhasil menapaki karier menjadi Jenderal Bintang Tiga,” tandasnya.
Ditambahkan oleh Perwira lulusan Lemhannas tahun 2018 bahwa jabatan Danpusterad dan beberapa jabatan organisasi baru di lingkungan TNI AD. Mengalami peningkatan (Validasi Orgas). Jabatan Danpusterad yang semula dijabat Pati Bintang Dua menjadi Pati Bintang Tiga (Letjen).
“Hal ini mengacu pada Perkasad nomor 26 tahun 2019 tanggal 26 Desember 2019 yang merupakan turunan dari Perpres 66 tahun 2019 tentang Susunan Organisasi TNI,” ujarnya.
Terdapat 17 orang Pati TNI AD lainnya naik menjadi Mayor Jenderal (Mayjen) dengan pangkat Bintang Dua.
Sedangkan yang naik pangkat dari Kolonel menjadi Brigjen (Bintang Satu), sebanyak 52 orang.
“Dari sisi penugasan, terdapat 62 Pati TNI AD yang bertugas dalam struktur TNI AD dan 8 orang Pati bertugas di luar struktur TNI AD seperti qMabes TNI, Kemhan, Kemenkopolhukam, Universitas Pertahanan dan BIN.
Menurut Kadispenad, acara korps kenaikan pangkat Pati TNI AD, berlangsung khidmat dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan dalam rangka pencegahan pandemi Covid-19.
Kegiatan diawali dengan menyaksikan tayangan Slide Show foto-foto perjalanan karier para Pati TNI AD yang melaksanakan laporan Korps Kenaikan Pangkat Pati di layar Videotron, Mabesad.
“Penayangan Slide Show ini untuk mengenalkan para Pati TNI AD yang naik pangkat. Sekaligus memberikan makna dan kesan yang mendalam bagi Pati yang naik pangkat. Akan perjuangan dan perjalanan panjang yang dilalui, sampai dengan menyandang pangkat dan jabatan saat ini,” ungkap juru bicara TNI AD.
Dalam kesempatan tersebut, sebelum menyaksikan tayangan
Slide Show, Kasad Jenderal TNI Andika Perkasa menyampaikan ucapan selamat kepada para Pati TNI AD yang naik pangkat. Dan mengatakan bahwa pencapaian Prestasi hingga saat ini salasatunya merupakan dukungan penuh dari keluarga.
“Sengaja para pendamping atau istri pada kenaikan pangkat kali ini dihadirkan. Karena pencapaian Prestasi yang diraih suami, pastinya merupakan dukungan dari keluarga. Sehingga ketika naik pangkat tidak sendiri, tapi juga disaksikan istri agar ikut merasakan kebahagiaan, ”ujar Kasad.
Selanjutnya, dilaksanakan acara laporan resmi dari Letjen TNI Joppye Onesimus Wayangkau,
selaku perwakilan Pati yang naik pangkat kepada Kasad. Dan diakhiri dengan foto para Pati yang naik pangkat beserta istri, dengan Kasad didampingi Ketua Umum Persit Kartika Candra Kirana Ny. Hetty Andika Perkasa. Dan dilanjutkan foto dengan Wakasad didampingi Wakil Ketua Umum Persit Kartika Candra Kirana Ny. Sri Susanti Moch. Fachruddin.
