Dijelaskan oleh Kadispenad Kasad menerima penyerahan jabatan Wakasad dari Letjen TNI (Purn) Moch Fachrudin dan menyerahkan tugas jabatan Pangdam XVII/Cenderawasih kepada Mayjen TNI Ignatius Yogo Triyono. Sedangkan jabatan Dansecapaad diserah terimakan dari Mayjen TNI Ignatius Yogo Triyono kepada Mayjen TNI Ferry Zein.
