Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com – KEMENTERIAN BUMN RI selaku Pemegang Saham PT Len Industri (Persero) melakukan perubahan susunan anggota Dewan Komisaris PT Len Industri (Persero). Perubahan tersebut ditetapkan dan disahkan melalui penyerahan Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor: SK-04/MBU/01/2021 yang dilaksanakan secara Online, pada Selasa, tanggal 5 Januari 2021.
Kementerian menetapkan Dean Arslan sebagai Komisaris Utama, Bambang Kusharto sebagai Komisaris, Zuryati Simbolon sebagai Komisaris, Rindoko Dahono sebagai Komisaris Independen, Helvi Yuni Moraza sebagai Komisaris Independen.
Kelima nama baru tersebut menggantikan posisi Leonardi sebagai Komisaris Utama, Jerry S.Justianto sebagai Komisaris, Bin Nahadi sebagai Komisaris, serta Wisnu Aji Nugroho sebagai Komisaris Independen yang telah habis masa baktinya per Juni 2020.
Vice President Sekretaris Perusahaan, Atini Hasanah menjelaskan, “Perusahaan sekarang memiliki lima (5) orang Anggota Dewan Komisaris Baru, dua diantaranya adalah Komisaris Independen. Kementerian BUMN baru saja melakukan perubahan dengan Penambahan Satu Anggota Dewan Komisaris. Dewan Komisaris selaku perpanjangan tangan Pemegang Saham dalam melakukan Pengawasan. Kini memiliki tugas berat untuk mengawal perseroan bangkit dari kondisi yang berat pada tahun 2020 lalu”.
