Selaku pemegang saham, kementerian menunjuk Bobby Rasyidin sebagai Direktur Utama, Wahyu Sofiadi Direktur Bisnis dan Kerjasama, juga Tazar Marta Kurniawan sebagai Direktur Teknologi. Ke-Tiga nama tersebut bergabung bersama Anggota Direksi yang sudah ada, Linus Andor Mulana Sijabat sebagai Direktur Strategi Bisnis dan Portofolio dan Indarto Pamoengkas selaku Direktur Keuangan dan SDM
Penetapan disahkan melalui penyerahan Surat Keputusan Menteri BUMN Nomor: SK-388/MBU/12/2020 yang dilaksanakan secara Online, pada Kamis, tanggal 10 Desember 2020. Ke-Tiga nama baru di atas menggantikan Zakky Gamal Yasin yang menjabat sebagai Direktur Utama dan Adi Sufiadi Yusuf selaku Direktur Operasi II, serta penambahan 1 anggota direksi yakni Direktur Teknologi.
Vice President Sekretaris Perusahaan, Atini Hasanah menjelaskan, “Selain perubahan susunan Direksi, pemegang saham juga merubah nomenklatur jabatan anggota direksi perusahaan perseroan, yakni Direktur Utama, Direktur Keuangan dan SDM, Direktur Operasi I menjadi Direktur Strategi Bisnis dan Portofolio, Direktur Operasi II menjadi Direktur Bisnis dan Kerjasama, serta penambahan jabatan Direktur Teknologi. Sehingga kini komposisi Direktur PT Len Industri menjadi lima orang dari sebelumnya hanya empat orang”.
Bobby Rasyidin adalah pria kelahiran Padang 31 Oktober 1974 yang telah mengenyam Gelar Sarjana dari Institut Teknologi Bandung dan Magister Manajemen dari UNSW Sydney Australia. Ia telah menjabat sebangai Komisaris Independen PT GMF AeroAsia Tbk. Sejak Juni 2020, juga menjabat sebagai Direktur Utama PT Alcatel Lucent Indonesia sejak Juli 2012. Dalam usia 38 tahun, ia merupakan profesional muda asal Indonesia pertama yang dipercaya menduduki posisi Puncak di salasatu vendor jaringan dan solusi telekomunikasi terbesar dunia asal Prancis tersebut.
Wahyu Sofiadi sebelumnya adalah Direktur Utama PT Pindad Global Sources & Trading sejak Desember 2016, Direktur Utama PT Alstom Transport Indonesia sejak Agustus 2014 – November 2016, serta sebagai Country Division Lead Mobility PT Siemens Indonesia sejak Januari 2000 hingga Juli 2014.
Sedangkan Tazar Marta Kurniawan telah lebih dari 25 tahun meniti karir di PT GMF AeroAsia. Di antaranya ia pernah menjabat sebagai Direktur Utama sejak Agustus 2019 hingga Juni 2020, Direktur Bisnis dan Base Operation dari Mei 2018 hingga Agustus 2019, serta Direktur Line Operation sejak Juni 2016 hingga Mei 2018.
Kementerian BUMN selaku pemegang penuh saham perusahaan, mengambil langkah perubahan dan penetapan ini sebagai bagian dari upaya untuk lebih meningkatkan lagi kinerja bisnis maupun keuangan perusahaan.
“Len Industri kini tengah dipersiapkan untuk memimpin kolaborasi antar BUMN di lingkup BUMN Sub-Klaster Industri Pertahanan (Indhan) dalam mewujudkan kemandirian industri pertahanan nasional. Pembentukan Holding BUMN Indhan yang kini masih berjalan memiliki tujuan untuk mewujudkan dan meningkatkan perekonomian industri pertahanan dalam negeri agar menjadi lebih maju, kuat, mandiri dan berdaya saing,” imbuh Atini.
Melalui penetapan tersebut, susunan Direksi PT Len Industri per tanggal 10 Desember 2020 menjadi sebagai berikut :

• Linus Andor Mulana Sijabat sebagai Direktur Strategi Bisnis dan Portofolio.
