Kota Bandung Juara MTQ Jabar 9 Kali Berturut-turut
BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI.COM — KOTA Bandung kembali meraih juara umum pada MTQ Jabar ke-37 tahun 2022. Gelar ini merupakan ke sembilan kalinya secara beruntun.
Usai acara Penutupan MTQ ke-37, Wali Kota Bandung Yana Mulyana menyampaikan rasa syukur dan terima kasih kepada seluruh elemen yang terlibat dalam proses Kota Bandung menjadi juara umum.
Ia berharap, gelar juara umum kesembilan secara beruntun ini bisa menjadi momentum implementasi salah satu visi Kota Bandung yakni agamis.
“Ini juara umum ke 9 kali secara beruntun. Terima kasih kepada seluruh pembimbing, peserta, dan seluruh masyarakat Kota Bandung atas doanya sehingga kita mampu mempertahankan juara umum ini,”
ucapnya di Kabupaten Sumedang, Sabtu 25 Juni 2022.
Untuk diketahui, Kota Bandung meraih nilai 65 dalam ajang ini. Unggul relatif jauh dibanding peringkat di bawahnya: Kabupaten Bandung di peringkat kedua dengan nilai 59 dan Kabupaten Tasikmalaya dengan nilai 36.
Untuk diketahui, Kabupaten Sumedang sebagai tuan rumah MTQ Jabar ke-37 menduduki peringkat 6 dengan torehan 31 poin.
Yana juga berharap, gelar juara umum MTQ tingkat provinsi yang diraih Kota Bandung ini sebagai momentum pengamalan Alquran dalam kehidupan sehari-hari di masyarakat Kota Bandung.
“Insyaallah (gelar juara umum) terus bisa dipertahankan,” ucapnya.
MTQ Jabar ke-37 tahun 2022 ditutup oleh Gubernur Jawa Barat Ridwan Kamil. Dalam sambutannya, Emil menyebut MTQ tingkat Provinsi Jawa Barat merupakan salah satu implementasi slogan Jabar Juara Lahir Batin.
“Tidak hanya urusan jalan saja yang kita bangun. Tapi maghrib mengaji, dakwah digital, dan MTQ juga kita bangun,” katanya.
Ia juga menyebut momentum ini sebagai kebanggaan bagi warga Jawa Barat sebagai wilayah dengan penduduk muslim terbesar di Indonesia.
“Selamat kepada para peserta yang sudah menunjukkan skill terbaiknya di acara MTQ Provinsi Jabar ke-37. Mari kita isi hari-hari dengan ibadah. Dan kita syukuri nikmat yang diberikan Allah,” pesan Emil.
MTQ Jabar ke-37 mengusung tema ‘MTQ Melesatkan Jabar Sebagai Provinsi Terdepan Dalam Inovasi dan Kolaborasi’.
Acara ini diikuti 1.123 peserta terdiri dari 570 putra dan 549 orang putri dari 27 kabupaten/kota di Jawa Barat. Sedangkan kafilah MTQ Kota Bandung terdiri dari 54 Orang Peserta, 33 Pembina, dan 6 Pendamping.
