Andriana Anjas Asmara, Staf Bagian Humas Organisasi dan Hukum Kwartir Cabang Gerakan Pramuka Kota Bandung. Menceritakan bahwa acara ini, diselenggarakan oleh Kwartir Cabang, yang penanggung jawabnya adalah Ketua Pramuka Kota Bandung, juga Wakil Bina Muda.
“Ada puluhan regu dengan hampir seribu siswa-siswi yang mengikuti acara ini. Lomba juga bervariatif mulai dari Fotografi, Phoneografi dan ada pula pengenalan Sejarah kota Bandung, pengetahuan bagsa-bangsa, lalu lintas dan lain-lain,” terangnya.
Acara ini juga diselenggarakan agar siswa-siswi bisa lebih mandiri dalam berbagai aspek. Seperti kekompakan mengatur regu, cara memimpin, sebagai bekal menjadi pemimpin. Dan disamping itu, kompetisi ini juga merupakan evaluasi materi yang diterima dari sekolah.
Andri juga menambahkan bahwa pendidikan kepramukaan sangat penting, selain dari karakter, keagamaan, bela negara, pengetahuan sosial yang sangat bagus bagi penanaman mentalitas.
