Purwakarta, BEREDUKASI.Com — PEMKAB Purwakarta terus melakukan pengelolaan diantaranya adalah dalam penataan tata kelola sampah.
Bupati Purwakarta Anne Ratna Mustika mengatakan, salasatunya adalah Tempat Pembuangan Sementara Sampah (TPSS) di wilayah Kabupaten Purwakarta.
Anne mengungkapkan bahwa TPSS selama ini yang berbentuk kotak, dinilai kurang resprentatif. Secara bertahap TPSS di Purwakarta akan dibuat secara permanen, tetapi yang menjadi kendala pihaknya adalah soal ketersediannya lahan.
“Selama ini TPSS nya itu tidak refresentatif, hanya pada bentuk kotak. Daya tampungnya terbatas, harusnya TPSS dibuat permanen. Tetapi kendalanya lahan yang terbatas,” ujar Anne ketika ditemui di Purwakarta, Jumat (14/6/19).
Menurut Bupati yang biasa disapa Ambu Anne ini mengatakan, terkendalanya lahan karena diperlukan TPSS yang bisa dilalui akses kendaraan roda empat. Akan tetapi pihaknya akan berupaya membangun dibeberapa titik serta mencari solusi.
“Tempatnya yang bisa diangkut langsung oleh kendaraan truk sampah, sehingga perlu ada rekayasa tempat yang tepat. Tetapi secara bertahap, dibeberapa titik akan kita bangun, ” kata Ambu kepada BEREDUKASI.Com.
Untuk TPSS yang tidak begitu strategis, Anne mengatakan akan ada evaluasi kembali. Hal tersebut upaya dirinya dalam mengakomodir pelayanan pada masyarakat.
“Kalaupun ada yang lokasinya tidak begitu strategis, nah… itu nanti kita evaluasi,” katanya.
Sedangkan menurut, Kepala Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Deden Guntari, mengatakan hal serupa terkendala pihaknha dalam membangun TPS adalah terkendala lahan.
Akan tetapi dirinya tetap melakukan upaya melakukan beberapa rekayasa. Dalam penempatan TPS permanen dengan beberapa variasi dan ciri khas tersendiri.
“Yang terpenting aksesnya bisa dijangkau petugas, tetapi kita terus lakukan rekayasa tempat. Termasuk bentuk tempatnya yang unik dan variasi. Mudah – mudahan di anggaran perubahan sudah bisa berjalan,” terang Deden.
Selain itu Deden pun meminta partisipasi masyarakat, dalam kesadaran waktu membuang sampah. Deden menghimbau masyarakat agar maksimal jam 6 pagi, sudah membuang sampah secara serentak.
“Kita juga minta partisipasi masyarakat aktif terutama dalam waktu membuang sampah yaitu maksimal jam 6 pagi. Terkadang disatu titik sudah bersih, beberapa jam kemudian menggunung lagi. Dan ini salasatu kendala petugas di lapangan,” ungkapnya.
Akan tetapi pihaknya terus berupaya melakukan pembersihan, walaupun masih ada saja masyarakat yang tidak tepat waktu membuang sampah, dengan menyiapkan “Tim Pembilas”.
“Agar tidak terlalu banyak, kita selalu siapkan “Tim Pembilas”, untuk mengangkut sampah yang tercecer,” pungkasnya. (Wief)
