Memasuki agenda inti, materi tentang leadership disampaikan langsung oleh Muhammad Elvandi, Lc.MA yang merupakan CEO Alpis Travel, CEO Cakra Visio, seorang pengajar dan konsultan Afkar Institute mengungkapkan bahwa terdapat empat poin penting dalam diri seorang leader atau pemimpin yakni Strategic Thinking, Influencing, Executing dan Educating.
“Keempat poin tersebut dapat menjadi acuan seorang pemimpin khususnya di era 4.0 Dengan berpikir kreatif. Menciptakan hal berbeda dalam diri dan jadilah pemimpin yang dapat memotivasi serta memberikan hal positif bagi lingkungan,” ujar Elvandi.
Respon positif terhadap kegiatan ditunjukan oleh para mahasiswa yang aktif mengajukan berbagai pertanyaan.
Menurut Ketua Program Studi Magister Manajemen Unikom sekaligus Ketua Pelaksana, Dr. Ir. Deden Abdul Wahab Sya’roni, M.Si., kegiatan memang ditujukan untuk melatihan kepemimpinan mahasiswa.
