Almarhum Otje Djundjunan adalah Wali Kota Bandung ke-8 yang memimpin Kota Bandung pada periode 1971–1976.
Otje dikenal sangat aktif dalam dunia kepemudaan. Ia dikenal sebagai inisiator wadah kepemudaan untuk mengembangkan potensi pemuda pemudi dengan tidak membeda-bedakan suku, ras, agama dan antar golongan.
Sejumlah sumber menyebutkan, Otje Djunjunan merupakan anak dari Dr Djunjunan Setiakusumah, seorang dokter dan politikus, yang pernah menjabat sebagai Menteri Kesehatan Pasundan.
Otje mengenyam pendidikan di sekolah tinggi teknik pada masa Hindia Belanda.
Ia juga sempat mengenyam karier di dunia militer. Pada masa penjajahan Jepang, Otje menjadi anggota Organisasi Paramiliter Peta (Pembela Tanah Air) dan mengikuti pendidikan perwira Peta.
Seusai masa penjajahan Jepang, Otje bergabung dengan tentara Indonesia dan menjadi komandan seksi pada Divisi Siliwangi. Pasukan pimpinannya sempat terlibat dalam pertempuran sengit melawan pasukan khusus Belanda pada April 1949.
Otje lalu ditempatkan menjadi komandan kompi pada Batalyon Infanteri 312 setelah bertugas sebagai komandan seksi. Usai pengakuan kedaulatan pada tahun 1950, Otje terus bertugas di angkatan darat.
Ia sempat dikaryakan sebagai Wali Kota Bandung, dari tanggal 11 Januari 1971 hingga 19 Januari 1976, sebelum kembali lagi bertugas di militer sebagai asisten V/ territorial Kepala Staf Daerah Militer Siliwangi.
Setelah bertugas sebagai asisten, ia dipindahkan ke Komando Resort Militer (Korem) 062/Tarumanegara untuk menjabat sebagai komandan Korem tersebut pada tanggal 18 Februari 1978 hingga 1980.
Setelah itu ia kembali bertugas di Kodam Siliwangi sebagai Kepala Staf Garnius Bandung hingga pensiun dari kemiliteran pada tahun 1982. Ia wafat pada, 11 April 1986. (yan).
