Menurut Pangdam III/Siliwangi Mayjen TNI Nugroho Budi Wiryanto, “Salasatu tujuan Latihan Posko I adalah memelihara dan meningkatkan kemampuan Komandan dan Staf. Komandan satuan bawah serta Komandan satuan perkuatan dalam merencanakan suatu operasi yang mencakup hal-hal keterpaduan, kerjasama, koordinasi dalam pengambilan keputusan, taktik dan teknik, olah yudha”.
Selain itu, “Pengintegrasian semua kemampuan satuan yang dimiliki dan prosedur. Serta tata cara kerja yang berlaku dalam suatu Posko serta kemampuan Komando dan pengendalian Operasi,” lanjut Pangdam III/Siliwangi.
Latihan Posko I YTP R 301/PKS Kodam III/Siliwangi, dilaksanakan selama 3 hari dari mulai tgl 4 s/d 6 Juli 2020 di Mako Yonif R 301/PKS Sumedang.
Dihari terakhir Latihan Posko I, Pangdam III/Siliwangi meninjau kegiatan latihan yang dilaksanakan di Poskolat YTP R 301. Dimana para pelaku latihan sedang melaksanakan TFG (Taktical Floor Game).
