BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI.COM — PANSUS 3 DPRD Kota Bandung melaksanakan rapat kerja membahas Raperda tentang Pelayanan Pemakaman Umum bersama Dinas Cipta Karya Bina Konstruksi & Tata Ruang, Bagian Hukum dan Tim Penyusun NA, di Ruang Rapat Komisi C Gedung DPRD Kota Bandung, Rabu (3/8/2022).
Rapat kerja dipimpin langsung oleh Ketua Pansus 3, Agus Salim dan dihadiri juga oleh anggota pansus 3 lainnya, Dr. H. Ir. Juniarso Ridwan, S.H., M.H., M.Si., Drs. Riana, Ferry Cahyadi Rismafury, S.H., Dr. Uung Tanuwidjaja, S.E., M.M, dan Iman Lestariyono, S.Si.
Dalam rapat tersebut, Pansus 3 MEMINTA pelayanan yang diberikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Bandung untuk masyarakat harus benar-benar prima. Dengan hadirnya Perda Pelayanan Pemakaman Umum nanti dampaknya harus sangat terasa karena ini merupakan suatu kebutuhan setiap manusia.
Ketua Pansus 3 Agus Salim menyampaikan bahwa Raperda Pelayanan Pemakaman Umum khususnya di Kota Bandung harus dapat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat Kota Bandung.
‘Dari dorongan Raperda terkait Pelayanan Pemakaman Umum ini dampaknya harus sangat terasa oleh masyarakat khususnya di Kota Bandung, dengan didukung oleh Raperda ini tentunya harus juga di-manage dengan baik agar semuanya berjalan dengan lancar dari mulai sarana dan prasarananya sehingga Kota Bandung dapat terlihat lebih indah lagi,’ paparnya.
Anggota Pansus 3 lainnya, Ferry Cahyadi Rismafury, menuturkan bahwa Raperda ini harus dirancang dan diaplikasikan sesuai dengan judulnya tentang Pelayanan Pemakaman Umum yang tujuannya untuk memberikan pelayanan kebutuhan masyarakat Kota Bandung.
Pemerintah Kota Bandung harus dapat hadir dalam kebutuhan masyarakat Kota Bandung salasatunya Tempat Pemakaman.
‘Raperda ini mengarah pada kualitas pelayanan dan tentunya ini menjadi tugas Pemerintah Kota Bandung untuk memenuhi kebutuhan tersebut, jadi Raperda ini harus sangat dirasakan manfaatnya oleh masyarakat dan hal ini pun berbanding lurus dengan retribusi yang dampaknya harus langsung dirasakan. Seperti pelayanan yang berikan oleh Pemerintah Kota Bandung, jadi dalam hal manajemennya harus jelas baik dan betul-betul diaplikasikan,’ katanya.(Jaja).
