Pansus 7 Minta, Finalisasi Raperda Penanggulangan Bencana Dimatangkan

BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI.COM — PANITIA Khusus (Pansus) 7 DPRD Kota Bandung melaksanakan Rapat Kerja dalam pembahasan Finalisasi Raperda tentang Pencegahan Bahaya Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Bencana bersama Dinas Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Bencana Kota Bandung, Bag. Hukum dan Tim Penyusun Naskah Akademik yang dilaksanakan di Ruang Rapat Komisi C DPRD Kota Bandung, Senin 28 Maret 2022.

Pada kesempatan itu, anggota Pansus 7, Ir. Agus Gunawan menekankan bahwa dalam upaya penanggulangan bencana alam yang sulit untuk diprediksi harus dipersiapkan lebih matang dalam mencegah jatuhnya korban saat bencana itu terjadi.

‘Kita harus mengantisipasi bencana yang sulit untuk kita prediksi. Potensi-potensi bencana yang tentu kita harus persiapkan sedemikian rupa, mulai dengan ketersediaan makanan hingga tempat tinggal bagi para korban ini harus kita persiapkan mulai dari sekarang. Karena kita tidak pernah tau kapan dan di mana bencana itu terjadi,’ kata Agus.

Melalui pembahasan Raperda yang sudah dilaksanakan sejak tahun 2021, Ketua Pansus 7, Ferry Cahyadi Rismafury, S.H., menyampaikan bahwa finalisasi ini harus diperiksa kembali sebelum masuk ke tahap selanjutnya hingga Raperda ini siap untuk dibawa ke rapat paripurna.

‘Setelah selesai Finalisasi ini, hal-hal yang berkaitan dengan redaksi atau nomor yang tercantum dalam pasal dan ayat, jangan sampai ada kekeliruan lagi. Harus jelas di mana saja koreksi-koreksi yang harus disempurnakan dan siap untuk difasilitasi kepada provinsi,’ kata Ferry. (Tofan).
