BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI.COM — PANSUS 8 DPRD Kota Bandung melakukan rapat kerja membahas terkait Raperda Perubahan Atas Perda Kota Bandung No. 2 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyertaan Modal Pemda Kota kepada Perusahaan Perseroan Daerah Bandung Infra Investama Berupa Tanah bersama BKAD, Bag. Ekonomi, Bag. Hukum, PT. BII dan Tim Penyusun NA di Ruang Rapat Komisi B DPRD Kota Bandung, Senin (31/10/2022).
Hadir dalam rapat tersebut pimpinan dan anggota Pansus 8 DPRD Kota Bandung, yaitu Ketua Pansus 8, Hasan Faozi, S.Pd., dengan para anggota pansus sebagai berikut, Aan Andi Purnama, S.E.; H. Agus Andi Setyawan, S.Pd.I.; Deavi Amukti Palapa, S.E.; dan H. Asep Mulyadi. Rapat digelar dengan tetap menerapkan protokol kesehatan Covid-19.
Dalam agenda di hari yang sama, Pansus 8 DPRD Kota Bandung juga melakukan peninjauan lapangan bakal Penyertaan Modal berupa tanah, di Kelurahan Kebonwaru, Kecamatan Batununggal.
Hadir dalam peninjuan tersebut pimpinan dan anggota Pansus 8 DPRD Kota Bandung, yaitu Ketua Pansus 8, Hasan Faozi, S.Pd., dengan para anggota pansus sebagai berikut, Yudi Cahyadi, S.P.; Aan Andi Purnama, S.E.; H. Agus Andi Setyawan, S.Pd.I.; Rendiana Awangga; M.M.; Deavi Amukti Palapa, S.E.; dan H. Asep Mulyadi.
Hadir pula dari jajaran eksekutif BKAD, Bag. Ekonomi, Bag. Hukum, dan juga PT. BII dan Tim Penyusun NA.
Ketua Pansus 8 Hasan Faozi mengatakan, peninjauan tersebut untuk melihat mana saja Fasos Fasum yang ada di Kelurahan Kebonwaru tersebut, sehingga menjadi gambaran pada rapat Pansus 8 selanjutnya.
‘Tadi kita peninjauan ke lapangan terkait fasos fasum di mana kalau secara global diterangkan saat rapat hanya diterangkan gambar peta, tapi saat ke lapangan ternyata memang fasos fasum ada di dalam yang memang itu peruntukannya masyarakat. Maksudnya masyarakat itu harus bisa menggunakan fasilitas fasos fasum itu selama 24 jam. Sehingga tadi titik-titiknya sudah diketahui mana yang fasos dan fasum itu. Mudah-mudahan nanti ke depan rapat Pansus selanjutnya ini menjadi gambaran supaya kita tahu luasan luasan riil di lapangan,’ papar Faozi.
Faozi juga mengatakan untuk memperjelas lagi pihaknya akan mengundang Badan Pertanahan Nasional (BPN) Kota Bandung pada rapat Pansus 8 berikutnya.
‘Rapat besok kita akan memanggil BPN Kota Bandung untuk menjelaskan secara rinci terkait fasos fasum itu dan HGB 168 dan HGB Yomart. Baru kita bisa memetakan apakah kita perlu membuang beberapa pasal atau penambahan pasal. Yang penting pansus ini terus on the track dan juga harus sesuai Undang-Undang yang berlaku sehingga nanti pansus putuskan ini sesuai dengan koridor yang ada,’ tutur Faozi.
Ia mengatakan, Pansus 8 berharap ke depannya PT BII ini bisa melaksanakan rencana bisnisnya sesuai dengan aturan yang sudah ditetapkan.
‘Harapannya setelah beres Pansus ini PT BII harus terus running. Bussiness plan itu harus terus berjalan. Sekarang tidak berjalan karena kondisinya PT BII ini belum adanya perubahan Raperda berarti apa yang dilakukan PT BII seolah-olah nabrak aturan Perda. Maka perda ini yang harus diubah dulu. Mudah-mudahan setelah Perda ini disahkan ke depannya PT BII kita tinggal pengawasan saja. Semoga cepat beroperasi dan berjalan bussines plan yang dia rencanakan,’ kata Faozi. (Indra).
