BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI.COM — RAPAT Kerja Pansus 8 DPRD Kota Bandung melakukan rapat lanjutan terkait Rencana Perubahan Perda Kota Bandung Nomor 02 Tahun 2019 tentang Penyertaan Modal Pemda Kota kepada Perusahaan Perseroan Daerah Kota Bandung Infra Investama Berupa Tanah bersama BKAD, Bag. Ekonomi, Bag. Hukum, PT. BII dan Tim Penyusun NA, di Ruang Rapat Komisi B DPRD Kota Bandung, Kamis (24/11/2022).
Hadir dalam rapat tersebut Pimpinan dan Anggota Pansus 8 DPRD Kota Bandung, yaitu Ketua Pansus 8 Hasan Faozi, S. Pd., Wakil Ketua Pansus 8 H. Riantono, S.T., M.Si., dengan para anggota pansus yakni Aan Andi Purnama, S.E., H. Yusuf Supardi, S.IP., juga dilakukan secara teleconference.
Pada kesempatan rapat tersebut, Hasan Faozi membahas lanjutan terkait sejauh mana dari BKAD Kota Bandung berkoordinasi dengan BPN terkait lahan yang disinggung di dalam raperda.
Riantono pun menyatakan, secara fokus ada beberapa tanah yang harus dikeluarkan dari penyertaan modal.
“Perlu adanya pasal peralihan Perda ini berlaku. Dalam Perda tersebut ada 2 pasal yang krusial yaitu Pasal 4 dan Pasal 6. Jika terjadi perubahan kepemilikan perlu adanya di Pasal Peralihan untuk bisa dilakukan penyesuaian sedangkan terkait Pasal 6 dibubarkan dan dikembalikan aset kepada pemerintah kota. Aset di sini bukan uang tetapi tanah. Jadi harus mengacu masukan dalam konsideran dibubarkannya karena ada pasal-pasal atau ayat yang bertentangan atau bagaimana,” ujarnya.
Dalam rapat itu juga dibahas perlunya alasan yang jelas dan sanksi pembubaran jika PT BII tidak memenuhi ketentuan agar dikembalikan kewenangannya kepada Pemkot.
“Jadi diperlukannya tambahan ayat bila PT BII tidak memenuhi kewajibannya sebagaimana tertuang dalam business plan-nya maka perlu dibubarkan,” ujarnya. *(Ariel)
