Begitu kompleksnya pendidikan bila salah mengelolanya akan berakibat fatal dan merusak. Untuk itu Pendidikan harus di kelola secara benar, agar hasil pendidikan menjadikan masyarakat cerdas, berbudaya dan taat terhadap aturan.
Untuk itu semua akan tergantung pada Guru Profesional, yang paham betul metode dan Psikologi Pendidikan. Tanpa ini semua jangan berharap pendidikan berkualitas terwujud.
Awal Pendidikan, peran Guru sangat strategis. Karena, menjadi sumber satu-satunya dalam belajar. Namun kini guru tidak lagi menjadi sumber belajar. karena sekarang telah ada Teknologi Digital yang memiliki semua sumber belajar, yang di kenal dengan Era Disrupsi 4.0
Hampir semua pelayanan menggunakan digital, yang sangat cepat menyampaikan informasi dan mudah di akses.
Agar Guru tetap dihormati, digugu, serta ditiru dan menjadi agen perubahan, maka dituntut menguasai Teknologi Digital. Guru tidak lagi mengajar secara konvensional, tetapi harus bergeser pada Teknologi Digital bila tidak ingin ditinggalkan siswa didiknya.
Paradigma baru inilah, guru harus mau berubah dengan transformasi pendidikan. Semoga melalui momentum HUT PGRI ke-75 dan Hari guru Nasional tahun 2020 GURU INDONESIA AKAN LEBIH BERKUALITAS MENUJU INDONESIA EMAS.
