Kabupaten Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com — DANSEKTOR 7 Satgas Citarum Harum Kolonel Kav Purwadi. Kembali pimpin patroli dan cek pengolahan limbah pabrik CV. Jaya Lestari yang berlokasi di Jl. Cisirung Desa Cangkuang Wetan, Kecamatan Dayeuhkolot, Kab. Bandung, Senin (18/1/2021).
Hal tersebut dilakukan dalam upaya percepatan pengendalian dan pemulihan Daerah Aliran Sungai (DAS) Citarum sesuai yang tertuang pada Perpers No. 15 tahun 2018.
Dansektor 7 Satgas Citarum Harum Kolonel Kav Purwadi mengatakan, “Hari ini kita melaksanakan pengecekan pengolahan limbah Ipal di perusahaan CV. Jaya Lestari ditempat TPS B 3 nya”.
“Kita lihat tadi mulai dari inlet sampai dengan tempat pengolahannya belum sempurna. Terutama masih banyak limbah yang berceceran dimesin-mesin operasi (Mesin Produksi), selatnya juga belum diolah dan belum dirapikan”.
Menurut Dansektor 7 Kolonel Kav Purwadi, “Terlihat juga mesin dalam perbaikan, kemudian TPS belum tertib masih bersatu dengan bahan-bahan kimia. Ijin belum ada karena masih terhambat pengurusan UKLPL yang ada pada Dinas terkait yang membidanginya”.
“Saya minta kepada manajemen agar segera diperbaiki Ipalnya dan tempat TPS juga segera diperbaiki dibuat dipisahkan diberi palet serta diurus ijinnya,” tegas Kolonel Kav Purwadi.
Menurut Dansektor 7, pengangkatan B 3 masih menggunakan Manipes padahal ini sudah anjuran dari Kementerian. Supaya menggunakan Transpote dengan sistem Pestronik. Untuk mencegah penyelewengan yang dilakukan Transporte yang nakal.
