Pawai itu, dimulai dari Dusun nya masing-masing yang ada di Desa tersebut. Dan Finis di lapang sepak bola belakang kantor Desa Karangresik, Minggu (18/8/19).
Acara berlangsung semarak, diikuti iringan defile ribuan masyarakat dari mulai anak-anak hingga dewasa. Mereka ada yang membawa Jampana, Kostum Unik, Pasukan 45, Kesenian Tradisional. Pihak pemerintah Desa menyiapkan hadiah, sehingga setiap kedusunan dinilai dengan beberapa kriteria.
“Luar biasa antusias masyarakat Desa Karangresik, untuk mengikuti Pawai Alegoris ini. Memang kegiatan tersebut dinanti-nanti oleh masyarakat, sebagai ajang silaturahmi dan hiburan gratis,” kata Plt Kepala Desa Karangresik, Agus.
Menurutnya, Pawai Alegoris yang dimulai sejak pukul 07.30 itu diikuti oleh 7 Kedusunan yang ada di Desa Karangresik. Cukup meriah, karena mereka menampilkan beragam kreasi potensi yang ada di Kedusunannya dan berbagai keunikan lainnya. Hal tersebut mampu memukau penonton yang banyak datang dari luar Desa dan bertahan dibawah terik matahari.
Dia juga berharap HUT RI ke 74 ini, jadi momentum meningkatkan persatuan dan kesatuan. Terutama untuk menjaga keutuhan NKRI. Dan kita sebagai generasi penerus harus meneladani semangat para pahlawan yang berjuang merebut kemerdekaan dari para penjajah saat itu.
“Kegiatan ini untuk memeriahkan HUT RI ke 74. Namun besar harapan, momentum ini mampu menanamkan rasa Nasionalisme warga negara, silaturahmi warga, mengapresiasi kreasi dan antusiasme masyarakat,” tutur Agus.
Hasil dari penilaian Dewan Juri, lanjut Agus, peserta yang meraih Juara I untuk kategori Jampana yakni Kedusunan Pangkalan, Juara I kategori Peserta Pawai Terbanyak yakni Kedusunan Gereba dan Juara I kategori Gapura yakni Kedusunan Langkob.
Selain penilaian tersebut, juga ada penilaian terhadap pelunasan pajak terbaik. Bahkan, dalam sela-sela kegiatan itu juga diisi sosialisasi Pilkades. Mengingat tidak lama lagi Desa Karangresik akan menggelar Pilkades.
