Dari mulai anak-anak hingga orang dewasa berkumpul dengan membawa obor, baik dari santriawan maupun santriwati. Termasuk organisasi keagamaan hingga ASN ikut memeriahkan acara tersebut.
Bupati Purwakarta Anne Ratna Mustika, mengatakan moment Tahun Baru Islam kali ini. Merupakan bentuk kekuatan, agar menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik lagi.
“Kita isi moment penuh berkah ini dengan muhasabah, agar kita mempunyai kekuatan menjadi pribadi yang lebih baik. Dengan menjauhi segala larangannya,” ujar Anne disela kegiatan.
Ia pun berharap, kepada seluruh elemen masyarakat, agar terus mendoakan pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta. Agar menjadi Kabupaten yang dapat mensejahterakan masyarakatnya.
“Meminta do’a kepada alim ulama, sepuh dan seluruh masyarakat Purwakarta. Kiranya kami Pemerintah Kabupaten Purwakarta, dapat mewujudkan pemerintahan yang adil demi terwujudnya kesejahteraan bagi masyarakat Purwakarta,” kata Bupati yang akrab disapa Ambu Anne ini.
Selain itu, dipenutup acara, tidak lupa Ambu Anne memberikan apresiasi kepada seluruh masyarakat. Dengan terselenggaranya acara ini dengan lacar.
