Apresiasi Aparat Sipil di satuan Kerja PA saat upacara di Jl. Terusan Jakarta No. 120 Antapani, Kota Bandung baru-baru ini.
Organisasi di Indonesia yang anggotanya terdiri dari Pegawai Negeri Sipil (PNS), pegawai BUMN, BUMD serta anak perusahaan dan perangkat Pemerintah Desa peringati HUT Korpri ke-47. Khususnya di lingkungan PA.Badg antusias sambut dengan Upacara.
“Usia yang sudah matang dalam rangka terus memberikan pengabdian, pelayanannya kepada masyarakat. Sebagai aparat pemerintah harus terus meningkatkan profesionalismenya. Kapasitasnya sebagai PNS dalam rangka untuk terus memperbaiki dan meningkatkan kualitas kinerjanya,” ujar H.M. Arsyad, Ketua PA.Badg dalam sambutannya.
Menurut H.M. Arsyad bahwa yang paling penting sekarang adalah, persoalan integritas aparat untuk terus menjaga keintegritasannya. Sehingga peluang melakukan tindakan tidak baik itu bisa terhindari. Dengan indikator pihaknya bekerja dengan baik di PA.Badg, sehingga bisa meraih beberapa apresiasi, “Pengadilan Agama Bandung meraih Peringkat 1 Tingkat Nasional dalam tugas-tugas pokok pelayanan. Dan khususnya para Hakim, kaitannya dengan penyelesaian perkara meraih “Grade A”, dalam penyelesaian jumlah perkara diatas 5000″.
“Saya tetap memonitoring dan mengevaluasi untuk terus memberikan peningkatan. Dan bila menemukan kekurangan, saya berharap Pengadilan Agama Bandung kedepan. Bisa menjadi tiru atau model di tingkat satuan kerja, bukan hanya di wilayah Pengadilan Tinggi Agama Jawa Barat saja. Tetapi di satuan kerja Pengadilan Agama tingkat Nasional. Tentunya perlu dukungan teman-teman aparat Pengadilan Agama Bandung,” ujar Ketua PA.Badg dengan penuh harap. (MIF)
