Perubahan Dua Orang Direktur Baru dan Seorang Komisaris di PT Pos Indonesia (Persero)

Adapun empat nomenklatur direktur yang diubah adalah Direktur Kelembagaan menjadi Direktur Business Development dan Portofolio Management. Direktur Operasi dan Teknologi Informasi menjadi Direktur Operasi dan Digital Service. Direktur Sumber Daya Manusia dan Umum menjadi Direktur Human Capital Management. Lalu Direktur Bisnis Jaringan dan Layanan Keuangan menjadi Direktur Bisnis Jasa Keuangan.
Selanjutnya mengangkat Haris sebagai Direktur Bisnis Jasa Keuangan.dan Prasabri Pesti sebagai Direktur Business Development dan Portofolio Management.
Pada kesempatan yang sama, Menteri BUMN melalui surat keputusan nomor SK-231/MBU/10/2022 tanggal 19 Oktober 2022 memberhentikan dengan hormat Ikhsan Baidirus dan mengangkat Gunawan Hutagalung sebagai Komisaris PT Pos Indonesia (Persero).
Haris sebelumnya adalah Senior Vice President Sales dan Marketing Bisnis Jasa Keuangan PT Pos Indonesia (Persero). Sementara Prasabri Pesti sebelumnya sebagai Head of Digital Vertical Ecosystem PT Telkom Indonesia.
Komisaris baru PT Pos Indonesia (Persro) Gunawan Hutagalung saat ini juga menjabat sebagai Direktur Pengendalian Pos dan Informatika serta Plt Direktur Pos pada Kementerian Komunikasi dan Informatika Republik Indonesia. (***).
