Potensi Risiko Bencana Kota Bandung, Dibahas Pansus 7
BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI.COM — PANSUS 7 menggelar Rapat Kerja membahas Raperda tentang Pencegahan Bahaya Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Bencana bersama Diskar PB dan Bag.Hukum, di Ruang Rapat Komisi C DPRD Kota Bandung, Kamis, 3 Februari 2022.
Hadir dalam kesempatan tersebut pimpinan dan anggota Pansus 7, juga SKPD terkait. Pansus 7 membahas terkait Raperda Pencegahan Bahaya Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Kebencanaan dan Raperda tentang Penyelenggaraan Penanaman Modal.
Pada kesempatan kali ini, Pansus 7 masih membahas draf raperda pasal per pasal mengenai Raperda Pencegahan Bahaya Kebakaran dan Penanggulangan Kebencanaan.
Salasatunya membahas mengenai kajian resiko bencana di Kota Bandung. Dipaparkan Tim Naskah Akademik, status potensi bencana diperoleh dari kajian risiko bencana, yang di dalamnya merumuskan potensi bencana di Kota Bandung.
Pemerintah Kota Bandung di tahun 2021 sudah berhasil merumuskan potensi bencana yaitu bencana banjir dan gempa bumi sesar Lembang. Dengan pengampu perumusan oleh Bapelitbang. Rencana tersebut masih tetap harus dikaji agar bisa dilaporkan ke wali kota untuk ditetapkan dan disahkan.
Selain itu, dalam pasal 102 draf Raperda dibahas mengenai pembuatan forum untuk Pengurangan Risiko Bencana. Forum ini meliputi pemerintah kota, masyarakat, dunia usaha, akademisi, dan media.
‘Salasatu indikatornya, forum ini akan ada sampai tingkat kelurahan. Rencananya forum untuk Pengurangan Resiko Bencana akan ditetapkan dengan keputusan Wali Kota,’ kata Tim NA.
Anggota Pansus 7, Folmer Siswanto, M. Silalahi, ST., mengatakan draf raperda masih perlu dirapikan.
‘Pasal per pasal masih harus terus dirapikan, diintegrasi dengan hukum-hukum lain, apa ini muatan lokal atau given (peraturan turunan) dari Kemendagri,: kata Folmer.
Sementara itu, mengenai forum untuk Pengurangan Risiko Bencana harus menjadi sarana komunikator di tingkat kota saja.
