Djuyoto Suntani, lahir di sebuah perkampungan di Jepara, Jawa Tengah, 6 Juli 1962. Sejak kecil ia dijuluki “Anak Pelangi” atau “Anak Kuwung” karena kakak dan adiknya meninggal dunia.
Ia adalah Presiden Komite Perdamaian Dunia atau President of The World Peace Committee 202 (TWPC) yang didirikannya sejak 7 Maret 1997 di Basel, Swiss. Kala itu TWPC dideklarasikan oleh 9 Pemimpin yang berasal dari 9 Negara.
