Rektor UIN SGD Lantik 942 Wisudawan…..!
Bandung, BEREDUKSI.Com — REKTOR UIN SGD Bandung, Prof. Dr. H. Mahmud, M.Si, menwisuda 942 peserta Wisudawan yang ke-74 di gedung Aula Anwar Musaddad, Minggu (16/6/19).
Ke-942 Wisudawan tersebut berasal dari : Ushuluddin 105 orang Fakultas Tarbiyah dan Keguruan 138 orang, Syari’ah dan Hukum 220 orang, Dakwah dan Komunikasi 93 orang, Adab dan Humaniora 49 orang, Psikologi 30 orang, Sains dan Teknologi 85 orang, Ilmu Sosial dan Ilmu Politik 209 orang, S2 6 orang dan S3 7 orang.
Rektor berpesan untuk menjadi orang yang pandai dimuka bumi ini, bukan hanya dinilai dari jenjang pendidikan yang telah ditempuh, “Jangan hilangkan kualitas takwa, karena kita telah menyelesaikan kuliah S1, S2 dan S3. Rasullulah bersabda agar kamu bertakwa kepada Allah, maka kamu akan menjadi orang yang paling pandai,”.
Rektor menegaskan kualitas seseorang itu dinilai dari ketakwaannya, semakin bagus kualitas ketakwaan seseorang. Maka semakin pandai dan bagus pula kualitas diri orang tersebut.
“Jadi kualitas ketakwaan itu harus dijaga. Setinggi apapun jenjang pendidikan (S1,S2 dan S3) yang telah dilalui, akan menjadi sia-sia apabila tidak diimbangi dengan ketakwaan kepada Allah,” tegasnya.
Rektor menyampaikan, “Apapun yang dihadapi seseorang, apabila ia memiliki ketakwaan. Maka akan selamat dunia dan akhirat. Karena itu setiap manusia harus meningkatkan kualitas ketakwaan,” tegasnya.
Ketua Ikatan Alumni (IKA) UIN SGD Bandung, Dr. Hj. Reni Marlinawati, berpesan kepada seluruh Wisudawan untuk terus menjaga nama baik almamater kampus. Dan marwah Perguruan Tinggi sebagai kader pejuang Syiar Islam. Dengan terus meningkatkan kemampuan keilmuan dan memberikan manfaat kepada masyarakat sekitar atas apa yang telah diraihnya. (MIF)
