Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com — PENJABAT Sementara Wali Kota Bandung, Muhamad Solihin melepas 34 Anggota Satuan Tugas (Satgas) Kawasan Tanpa Rokok (KTR) di Balai Kota Bandung, Senin (26/3/18).
Semua anggota tim yang keseluruhan Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN) tersebut, berasal dari berbagai Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah (SKPD). Diantaranya Satpol PP, Dinkes, Puskesmas, Diskominfo, Bagian Pemerintahan, Bagian Hukum, Bagian Humas, Disdik, Dinas Perhubungan, Disbudpar, Dispora, Kemenag dan DLHK.
Tugas Satgas KTR yakni memantau implementasi KTR (Observasi dan Wawancara) ke Hotel, Sekolah, Restoran dan Gedung Kantor Milik Pemerintahan. Sesuai dengan Perwal KTR Nomor 315 Tahun 2017. Sekaligus mendistribusikan Stiker larangan merokok di lokasi KTR.
Kegiatan tersebut digagas oleh Dinas Kesehatan kota Bandung bekerjasama dengan Bloomberg Philantheropies – vital.
Solihin menyampaikan, hasil kegiatan pemantauan Tim Satgas, akan disampaikan kepada masyarakat. Sehingga nantinya, masyarakat paham bahaya merokok.
“Di titik yang telah ditetapkan sebagai KTR menjadi sangat penting. Selain itu, bukan hanya menjadi tolak ukur sebagai bahan evaluasi bersama. Tetapi hasil pantauan ini juga, akan disampaikan kepada masyarakat,” katanya usai memimpin apel pagi bekerja.
Ke depannya, lanjut Solihin, kegiatan tersebut menjadi dasar pembekalan, menambah informasi dan pengetahuan berbagai hal yang berkaitan dengan pentingnya keberadaan KTR khususnya bagi tim Satgasus.
“Satgas yang dibentuk Pemkot Bandung untuk melaksaakan Perwal yang sudah di tetapkan dan memantau di beberapa titik terutama di Kawasan publik,” katanya.
Solihin juga menyampaikan, untuk perokok jangan sampai menganggu orang yang tidak merokok. Apalagi merokok di kawasan yang bukan tempatnya.
“Sudah disediakan tempat merokok, jangan sampai orang yang tidak merokok terganggu,” tegasnya.
Sementara itu, Kepala Dinas Kesehatan Kota Bandung, Rita Verita mengungkapkan, Satgas KTR akan memantau beberapa tempat yang termasuk KTR. Di tahap pertama, 22 s/d 28 Maret 2018. Pemantauan akan dilakukan di 180 tempat termasuk, Sekolah, Restoran, Hotel dan Kantor.
“Setelah tahap awal, nantinya akan diteruskan beberapa tahap sampai Desember mendatang,” katanya.
Di setiap satu lokasi disiagakan 6 anggota. Dalam satu hari terdapat 6 sampai 8 titik yang aklan diawasi oleh Satgas KTR.
“Jadi dalam satu hari itu 6-8 titik terawasi, kalau dijumlahkan dalam satu tahun sekitar 1750 titik,” ujar Rita.
Rita berharap, khususnya warga Bandung dan ASN dapat melaksanakan KTR sesuai aturan.
“Kita harus paham kawasan tanpa rokok, jangan sampai kita melanggar,” tutur Rita.
Perlu diketahui, data Kementerian Kesehatan RI menyebutkan sampai dengan tahun 2016, jumlah perokok remaja laki – laki mencapai 58,8 persen, termasuk remaja usia 15-19 tahun yang meningkat dua kali lipat yakni 12,7 persen pada 2001 dan menjadi 23 persen di tahun 2016.
Sehingga menjadi sebuah keharusan bagi semua, untuk terus berupaya menekan angka peningkatan perokok. Salasatunya dengan menghadirkan KTR. (Red)
