Rusun Cisaranten Bina Harapan Akan Membangun 1.900 Unit, Sasarannya Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR)
BANDUNG, BEREDUKASI.COM –Pemerintah Kota Bandung bekerja sama dengan Kementerian PUPR berencana membangun Rumah Susun (Rusun) Cisaranten Bina Harapan. Hal itu tercetus dalam audiensi di Balai Kota, Senin, 8 Agustus 2022.
Nantinya, Rusun Cisaranten Bina Harapan bakal menghadirkan 1.900 unit dengan sasaran Masyarakat Berpenghasilan Rendah (MBR).

Rusun Cisaranten Bina Harapan dibangun di atas lahan sekitar 3,2 hektar milik Kementerian PUPR.

Sementara itu Direktur Pelaksanaan Pembiayaan Perumahan Haryo Bekti Martoyoedo mengatakan, Rusun Cisaranten Bina Harapan nantinya bisa diperuntukkan bagi masyarakat dengan penghasilan di bawah Rp.4 juta.
Ia juga menyebut, Rusun Cisaranten Bina Harapan bisa terisi pada 2029 mendatang. Adapun tahap pertama bisa terisi pada 2025.
