Kab. Bandung, BEREDUKASI.Com — SEKTOR 7 Satgas Citarum Harum bersama DLH Kab. Bandung melakukan penindakan penyegelan terhadap CV. Qubequ yang berlokasi di RW. 17 Kampung Bojong Tanjung, Desa Sangkanhurip, Kecamatan Katapang, Kab. Bandung, Kamis (17/12/2020).
Menindaklanjuti laporan dari masyarakat tentang beroperasinya CV. Qubequ yang pernah disegel oleh DLH. Kab. Bandung, Dansektor 7 Kolonel Kav Purwadi memerintahkan Bamin Sertu Ahmad, Dansub Sektor 7 Serka Jaja bersama DLH Kab. Bandung Roby melakukan pemeriksaan ke CV. Qubequ dan ditemukan beberapa pelanggaran. Sehingga perlu dilakukannya penindakan. Pemilik CV. Qubequ tanpa ijin dan dengan sengaja melepas segel pada mesin Washing yang dipasang oleh DLH Kab. Bandung pada 7 Juli 2020 lalu.
Usai pemeriksaan, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup (DLH) Kab. Bandung Roby menjelaskan, CV. Qubequ tetap melaksanakan produksinya menggunakan mesin dan membuang limbah ke bak penampungan yang tidak sesuai SOP”.
Selain itu, “Pemilik CV. Qubequ melaksanakan produksinya, tanpa mengurus surat ijin dari DLH dan tidak mempunyai IPAL,” terangnya.
Menurutnya, tindakan yang dilakukan oleh Tim DLH memberikan peringatan keras kepada pemilik. Kemudian CV. Qubequ disegel kembali dilarang beroperasi sampai dengan pemilik mengurus surat ijin dan membuat IPAl”.
Ditempat terpisah, Dansektor 7 Kolonel Kav Purwadi mengatakan, “Hari ini Sektor 7 bersama DLH Kab. Bandung, menindaklanjuti laporan dari masyarakat tentang beroperasinya CV. Qubequ yang beberapa waktu lalu pernah di segel oleh DLH bersama-sama Sektor 7”.
“Sudah jelas-jelas CV. Qubequ disegel tapi pemilik berani melepas segel tersebut. Dan berani beroperasi tanpa seijin dari DLH itu pelanggaran,” tegas Dansektor 7 Kolonel Kav Purwadi. (Pendam III/Siliwangi).
