Kebersihan juga menjadi prioritas dengan gerakan 5 M (Maerapikan Pakaian, Membuang Sampah Pada Tempatnya, Merapikan meja, Mengaji dan berdoa, Membaca buku setiap pagi)
Selain itu, SMA Kartika XIX-1 Bandung yang dipimpin oleh Dr. H. Siti Zuraida juga aktif dalam beberapa kegiatan di luar sekolah, misalnya mengisi Acara Edu Expo 2017 di SMAN 20 Bandung, mengikuti Cross Country bersama SMA Adiwiyata lainnya di kota Bandung, berpartisipasi dalam pelatihan Urban Farming untuk siswa-siswi dan bekerjasama dengan pemerintah setempat.
